干旱对小麦幼芽蛋白质组分及等电点的影响

摘要:
通过水平薄层变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦(IEF)、十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和双向电泳(IEF×SDS-PAGE)研究表明,干旱引起小麦幼芽蛋白质组分及含量变化,主要在分子量为20~48 kD、等电点(pI)为5. 34~5. 65,并且干旱诱导小麦幼芽产生41. 5 kD蛋白亚基, pI为5. 65;分子量为36. 2(pI 5. 35)和15. 8 kD(pI 5. 70)的两个蛋白亚基含量明显增加。

Effect of Osmotic Stress on Isoelectric Point andSubunit Composition of Proteins in Shoots of Wheat
Abstract:
Studies of proteins in shoots of wheat with isoelectric focusing, sodium dodecylsufate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ( SDS-PAGE ) and two-dimensional electrophoresis ( IEF×SDS-PAGE )show that changes in protein profiles and level of protein occurmainly with the molecular weight of 20~48 kD, pI values of 5. 34~5. 65 and osmotic stress, and the predominant protein ( subunit ) with apparent MW of 41. 5 kD can be induced also. While, the level of two proteins [36. 2 kD (pI5. 35)、15. 8 kD ( pI 5. 70)] increased greatly.
