塿土中砷污染毒性临界值初探

摘要:
塿土中添加不同量砷的春小麦盆栽试验表明,砷浓度<5mg·kg-1,对春小麦的生长发育有一定的刺激作用,生物量和籽粒产量均高于对照;砷浓度>10mg·kg-1时,春小麦生长发育受阻,生物量和籽粒产量随砷浓度的增加而急剧减少;砷浓度>100mg·kg-1时,春小麦生长到四叶期死亡。砷在春小麦植株内的累积量随着其浓度增加而显著增大,其分布是根>茎叶>>籽粒。建议将土砷污染毒性临界值初步拟为22mg·kg-1

Toxie Critieal Values of Arsenie Pollution in Loess Soil
Abstract:
The pot experiments of spring wheat were carried out with different addition quantities of arsenic to loess soil.The results showed that the arsenic with its coneentration less than 5mg·kg-1 could stimulate the growth of spring wheat,and the biomass and grain yields were greater than that of the control treatment.When the arsenic concentration was bigger than 10mg·kg-1,the growth of spring wheat was inhibited and the biomass and grain yield were sharply deereased with the rise of arsenic concentration.When the concentration higher than 100mg·kg-1,spring wheat could grow only to the fourth leaf period and then died.The accumulation of arsenic in spring wheat was signifieantly inereased with the increase of arsenic concentration,whose distribution arranged as that root>stem-leaf>)grain.Therefore,the toxieity critical value of total soil arsenic was suggested to be 22mg·kg-1 for the norma lgrowth of spring wheat.
