| 系统阐述了中国黄牛传统的育种体制，分析了中国黄牛育种史中，显隐性完全的孟德尔性状的研究现状及基因频率计算方法和存在的问题。根据Ｈａｒｄｙ－Ｗｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ定律和中国黄牛育种体系特点，提出了研究黄牛品种资源盂德尔性状基因频率计算的理论公式及其各种情况下的计算方法。 |

| This paper bas made a systematic description of the traditional breedingsystems of Chinese Yellow Cattle,analyzed the current situation,gene frequency calctulation methods and the existing problems in the research of mondelian characters withcomplete dominance-recessive in the breeding history of Chinese Yellow Cattle ,and alsoput forward a new theoretical fomula for estimating gene frequency of Mondelian characters of yellow cattle group based on Hardy-Weinberg principle and the breeding systemcharacteristics of Chinese Yellow Cattle,and the calculation method under various conditions. |
