遗传背景对小麦染色体缺失效应的研究

摘要:
以“中国春”、“阿勃”等9个小麦的1A、2B、3A、4A、5B和7D6个单体系为材料,将9个不同遗传背景的6个单体系分别自交,后代大群体筛选缺体株,并连续自交定向选择,进行染色体缺失遗传背景效应分析。结果表明,无论是同一遗传背景下的不同单体系间,或是不同遗传背景的同一单体系间,单体自交后代缺体出现的频率、缺体育性,以及缺体自交后代稳定性等方面均存在明显差异。在“阿勃”背景下未能获得2A和7D可育氛体系,在“扬麦1号”背景下获得2B和7D可育缺体系,在“Sava”背景下获得7D可育缺体系。此外,还获得比“阿勃”1A缺体生活力和稳定性更好的“丰抗13号”1A缺体系。

Effects of Different Wheat Genetic Backgrounds on Chromosome Deficiency
Abstract:
Deficiency effects of chromosome 1A,2B,3A,5B and 7D in nine common wheat genetic backgrounds,Chinese Spring,Abbondanza,Jinghong No.1,FengkangNo.13, Sumai No. 3.Yangmai No. 1,Zhong 7902, sava and Rescue,were studied withmonosomic selfing 1A,2B,3A,5B,7D of these nine genetic backgrounds for selectingnullisomic plants in large population,and then with continuous selfing nullisomic plantsfor orthoselection. The results showed that the appearance frequencies,fertilities andstabilities of nullisomics were different in different chromosome deficiences of the samegenetic background and in different genetic backgrounds of the same chromosome deficiency. In Abbondanza genetic background nullisomic lines 2A and 7D were not abtained ,while in Yangmai No. 1 2B and 7D obtained;in Sava 7D obtained;in addition, inFenfkang No. 13 1A obtained which was also more vigorous and stable ghan 1A in Abbondanza.
