食用菌干燥特性的试验研究

摘要:
对食用菌干燥特性进行了试验研究。分析了物料初始水分和热风温度、速度对干燥速率的影响。通过试验数据回归处理,建立了食用菌干燥速率模型,并对理论值进行了实验验证,结果表明,理论值与实测值有良好的一致性。

Abstract:
Dry characteristics of edible mushroom were studied in this paper.The effects of the initial moisture content of materials, temperature and velocity of heat air upon the drying rate were analysed. The model of drying rates of edible mushroom is established through the retrogression treatment of testing data.Also, the theoretical data were tested and evaluated. The results showed tha t the theoretical values were in agreement with experimental values.
