恒温与变温对白茨—条萤叶甲(Diorhabda rybakowi Weise)发育的影响

摘要:
在梯度差为4℃的7个恒温箱中饲养白茨一条萤叶甲。采取在各温箱间来回移动培养管或不移动的方法实现不同的变温处理和恒温处理。以王如松温度发育模型为依据,比较了恒温与变温的不同影响。在适生温区内的变温处理可促进发育,超越适生区的过高或过低的变温对发育不利。成虫的生态寿命率((K-Y)/Y)与温度之间的关系,可用Logistic模型拟合。温度对成虫产卵量之影响为抛物线型关系,最适温为27℃。用实验种群数据计算了不同温度处理的平均世代(T)和增长率(r)。最佳温度在27℃左右。

Abstract:
Diorhabda rybakowi weise were reared in 7 thermostats in thermal gradient different of 4℃.The moving or unmoving culture tubes in each thermostat are adopted to achieve the different thermal and thermoperiodic treatments.Based on the temperature model of the development of Diorhabda rybakowi,the thermal and thermoperiodic effects were compared.The thermoperiodic treatment can stimulate the development of Diorhabda rybakowi in the optimum temperature range,while overhigh or overlow thermoperiodic treatments are unfavorable for Diorhabda rybakowi development beyong the optimum temperature range.The relation between the longevity rate of the adults and temperature can be fitted by logistic model.The effect of the temperature upon the adult egg-laying is parabolic relation.The optimum temperature is 27℃.The average generation(t) treated at different temperature and the growth rate(r) are culculated with the data of experiment populations.The Optimum temperature is 27℃ or so.
