| 本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分离了秦川、晋南和南阳三个良种黄牛的血红蛋白多态性,借助于遗传标记分析和比较了三个黄牛品种的分布特点以及与其它品种的遗传差异,为研究黄牛品种间的遗传关系以及我国良种黄牛的起源问题提供了基础的遗传资料。 |

| Abstract: |
| Haemoglobin (Hb) polymorphisms in Qinchuan,Jinnan and Nanyang yellow cattle were separated by using polyacrylamide gel electroporesis.The characteristics of Hb distribution in three yellow cattle breeds and the genetic differentiations among the other cattle breeds were studied by means of the genetic marker at the Hb locus. The experimental results Provided the most fundamental genetic data for further investigation of the genetic relationships among the yellow cattle and the origin as well as evolution of the Chinese cattle breeds. |
