| 本文报道一种用简易装置测定大型昆虫呼吸商的方法。试验和实例结果表明,其准确度和 SKW—3型瓦勃呼吸仪的测定值相比较,相对误差平均仅1.7%;其精密度(重现性)较高,在25℃条件下,变异系数为4.1%,完全可以满足一般科研要求。此外,该法采用的简易装置还具有材料价廉易得,安装操作简便等优点。 |

| Abstract: |
| A method to determine the RQ of big insects by meanns of simple device was described in this paper.Results obtained from tests and practices showed that the relative error by this simple device was 1.7％ on the average in comparage in comparison with that by SKW-3 type warburg apparatus,whose accuracy (i.e repeatibility) was greatly improved.In the temperature of being 25％,the variation cofficient was 4.1％,As a result,this simple device can entirely meet with the requirement of scientific research.In addition,the advantages of this simple device adopted in this method are the materials being easy and cheap to be obtained and its being simple and easy to be installed and operated. |
