| 原产于陕西省关中平原的秦川牛是我国一个著名品种,它不仅役用性能优良,而且具有独特的肉用性能。 秦川牛的初生重是该品种牛的一个重要生物学性状,其平均初生重:公犊(N=352头)26.7(S.E.=0.22)公斤,母犊(N=288头)25.3(S.E.=0.21)公斤;分别占成年母牛平均体重的6.13%和5.81%。 影响秦川牛初生重的重要因素是:犊牛性别(P<0.001～0.005),母亲(P<0.001),父亲(P<0.025),出生年度(P<0.025),场别×出生年度(P<0.025),性别×年度×季度(P<0.025)。母牛从3岁(初产)到11岁(第9胎),所产犊牛初生重逐渐增加至最大重量,其平均值:公犊28.9公斤,母犊26.4公斤;此后则逐渐下降。 |

| Studies on Birth Weight and Affecting Factors in Qinchuan Cattle |

| Qinchuan cattle (Bos taurus) bred in Guanzhong plain of Shaanxi Province is a famous breed of indigenours yellow cattle in China.The breed is of both strong power of draft purpose and distinctive beef charateristics. Birth weight(BW) was considered as an important biological trait of the cattle with an average BW: male(N=352), 26.7±0.22(S.E)kg; female(N=288), 25.3±0.21(S.E)kg.and they were only 6.13 and 5.81 percent of their mature weight respectively. The important factors affecting birth weight were:calf sex(P<0.001～0.005);damage(P<0.001);Sire age(P<0.025);year of birth(P<0.025);Farm No Xyear of birth(P<0.025);sex X yearly X quarterly(P<0.025).But,BW of calves produced by the 3-year-old cows(the first birth) to the 11-year-old cows (the 9th birth) increased gradually up till to the maximum weight with an average BW being 28.9kg (male) and 26.4kg(female).Since then,their BW decreased gradually. |
