| 给七只健康成年奶山羊单剂量快速静注红霉素(8mg/kg)后,12小时内不同时间采血,用管碟法测定血清红霉素浓度,符合无吸收因素开放式二室模型(C =8.68e-2.2398t+1.01e-0.2608t,算得的动力学参数如下:药物初始浓度 Cp°为9.70μg/ml,消除半衰期(T(1/2)β)为2.78h,分布半衰期(T(1/2)α)为0.33h;中→周室转运速率常数(k12)为0.7084h-1,周→中室转运速率常数(K21)为0.4938h-1,表观分布容积(Vd 为4.287L/kg;体清除率(ClB)为1.1345L·kg-1·h-1,药时曲线下面积(AUC)为8.17μg·ml-1·h;有效血药浓度维持时间(TCP(ther))为3.22h。以上结果表明红霉素有效血药浓度维持时间较短。 |

| Pharmacokinetic process of Erythromycin was studied in seven healthy adult milk goats.Erythromycin was administrated intravenously at a dose of 8mg/kg of their body weight(single dose).Blood samples were collected at the different times within a 12-hour period after the drug was given.The blood concentration-time curves of the drug were fitted for a two-compartment open mode 1 without the absorption factor.The Pharmacokineticvalues and the parameters of multiple dosing of the milk goats are described as follows:Cp°9.70μg/ml; T(1/2)β 2.78h;T(1/2)α0.33h;K12)0.7084h-1;K21)0.4938h-1;Vd 4.287L/kg;(AUC)8.17μg·ml-1·h;TCP(ther))3.22h. |
