连续两年喷施MeJA对辣椒生长及果实品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对辣椒生长及果实品质的影响,为辣椒优质栽培提供理论 依据。【方法】以‘晋椒 301’为试材,采用塑料大棚喷施试验,于2024-2025年设置5个浓度(1.0,1.5,2.5,3.5,5 mmol/L)MeJA处理,并以喷施清水为对照(CK),测定花后20-60 d辣椒的茎粗、株高和可溶性糖、维生素C、辣椒素类物质含量以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性,并对不同指标进行双因素方差 分析、相关性分析和主成分分析。【结果】2024-2025年,花后20-60 d,与CK相比,1-5 mmol/L MeJA 对辣椒的茎 粗、株高和果实的可溶性糖、维生素C、辣椒素类物质含量以及PAL、POD和PPO活性有明显影响。随着时间的延长, 不同处理辣椒的茎粗、株高和果实可溶性糖含量均呈增加趋势,而果实维生素C、辣椒素类物质含量以及PAL活性呈先增加后下降趋势,POD和PPO活性呈先下降后增加趋势。6个处理中,相同时间下2.5 mmol/L MeJA处理辣椒的 茎粗、株高和果实的可溶性糖、维生素C、辣椒素类物质含量以及 PAL、POD和PPO活性均最高,且较对照增加幅度最 大。相关性分析表明,不同生长、品质指标和酶活性间具有明显相关性。双因素方差分析结果表明,处理与年份间的交 互作用对辣椒生长和果实品质的影响不显著。主成分分析结果表明,与辣椒风味有关的辣椒素类物质(总辣椒素、辣椒 素)和PAL对第一主成分贡献较大,而生长指标(株高、茎粗)对第二主成分贡献较大。【结论】不同浓度MeJA对辣椒 的生长和果实品质有明显影响,其中2.5 mmol/L是MeJA喷施的最佳浓度,可将其作为提升辣椒品质的调控措施。

Effects of spraying MeJA for two consecutive years on the growth of pepper and the quality of its fruits

Abstract:
【Objective】This research aims to explore the effects of different concentrations of MeJA on the growth of peppers and the quality of fruits,to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of high-quality peppers. 【Method】The pepper‘ Jinjiao 301’ was used as the experimental material,and the spraying experiment was car-ried out in plastic greenhouse. From 2024 to 2025,MeJA treatments of five concentrations(1.0,1.5,2.5,3.5, 5 mmol/L) were set up,with distilled water spraying as the control( CK).The stem thickness,plant height,the contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C,and capsaicinoids,and the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD),and phenol oxidase(PPO) of peppers were measured 20 to 60 days after flowering,and these indicators were subjected to two-factor analysis:correlation analysis and principal component analysis.【Result】In 2024-2025,20-60 days after flowering,treatments of 1-5 mmol/L MeJA had a significant effect on the stem diameter,plant height,soluble sugar content,vitamin C content,capsaicinoids content and PAL,POD and PPO activity of pepper,compared with the control. As time progressed,the stem diameter,plant height and fruit soluble sugar content of peppers under different treatments generally increased,the fruit vitamin C and capsaicinoids contents,and the PAL activity first increased and then decreased,and the POD and PPO activity first decreased and then increased. Among the six treatments,the stem diameter,plant height,the content of soluble sugar,vitamin C,and capsaicinoids,and the activity of PAL,POD and PPO in fruits of peppers treated with 2.5 mmol/L MeJA were the highest with the same time duration,showing the greatest increases compared with the control. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between different growth,quality indexes and enzyme activity. The two-factor variance analysis showed that the interaction between treatment and year had no significant effects on the growth of pepper and the quality of fruits. The principal component analysis showed that the capsaicin related to the flavor of pepper total capsaicin,capsaicin) and the growth indices(plant height,stem diameter) made more significant contributions.【Conclusion】Different concentrations of MeJA had significant effects on the growth of pepper and the quality of fruit. And 2.5 mmol/L was the optimal MeJA concentration for spraying,which could be used as a regulatory measure to improve the quality of pepper.
