移栽期对翠碧一号烟叶质量风格的影响

摘要:
【 目的】考察不同移栽期对翠碧一号烟叶质量风格特征的影响,并探讨造成这种差异的影响因素,为科学调整梅州烟区翠碧一号移栽期、完善翠碧一号特色烟叶生产体系提供参考依据。【 方法】以烤烟品种翠碧一号为试验材料,设置了间隔10 d的4个移栽期(1月1日、1月11日、1月21日、1月31日)处理,选择各处理的烤后烟叶,利用 顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC-MS)技术进行广泛非靶向代谢组学分析,结合正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA)和相对气味活性值(rOAV)分析,以及与感官质量指标的相关性分析,综合考察了不同移栽 期烟叶质量风格特征的差异及其影响因素。【 结果】①梅州烟区翠碧一号较常规适当提早10 d(1月11日)移栽有利于 烟叶品质提升与风格特色彰显,但较常规提早20 d(1月1日)移栽则会导致烟叶品质严重劣化;较常规推迟10 d(1月31日)移栽烟叶发生了清香偏向于浓香的香型转变,整体风格特色有所弱化;整体上看,梅州烟区翠碧一号烟叶基本符 合香型Ⅵ区清甜蜜甜香型烟叶的特征。②从不同移栽期烟叶定性出的819种香气成分中筛选出45种差异香气成分,通过OPLS-DA模型和rOAV进一步筛选鉴定出18种关键差异香气成分,其中16种关键差异香气成分与感官质量风 格存在高相关性(│ρ│≥0.7,P≤0.05),较高含量的 β-大马酮、癸醛、正壬醛、乙酸香叶酯、(E,Z)-2,6-壬二烯醛、(E)-4-癸烯醛、3-甲基-1H-吲哚和壬醇可能是1月11日移栽处理烟叶清香彰显程度高、感官质量优的关键原因;二甲萘烷醇、 苯乙烯、甲基-萘和5-甲基糠醛的含量增高可能是导致清香型烟叶风格特色弱化、感官质量下降的重要原因。【 结论】梅州烟区翠碧一号适宜的移栽时间为1月11日,即较常规适当提早10 d移栽。

Effects of transplanting date on the quality and style of CB⁃1 tobacco leaves

Abstract:
【 Objective】This study aimed to investigate the effects of different transplanting dates on the quality and style characteristics of CB-1 tobacco leaves,and explore the underlying influencing factors contribu-ting to these differences,providing technical support for scientifically adjusting the transplanting date of CB-1 in the Meizhou production area and improving its characteristic tobacco production system.【Method】Taking fluecured tobacco cultivar CB-1 as the test material,four transplanting date treatments with 10-day intervals were set(January 1st,January 11th,January 21st,January 31st).Cured tobacco leaves from each treatment were selected for extensive untargeted metabolomics analysis using headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chroma-tography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS). This analysis was combined with orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA), relative odor activity value(rOAV) analysis,and correlation analysis with sensory quality indicators to comprehensively examine the differences in the quality and style characteristics of tobacco leaves under different transplanting dates and their influencing factors.【Result】① In the Meizhou tobacco-growing area,appropriately advancing the transplanting date of CB-1 by 10 days(January 11th) compared with the conventional date was beneficial to improve tobacco leaf quality and highlighting style charac?teristics.In contrast,advancing the transplanting date by 20 days(January 1st) led to severe deterioration of to?bacco leaf quality. Delaying transplanting by 10 days(January 31st) shifted the aroma from a clean type toward a strong type,weakening the overall style characteristics. Overall,CB-1 tobacco leaves in Meizhou basically aligned with the characteristics of clean and sweet aroma type in aroma type Ⅵ region. ② Among the 819 aroma components identified from tobacco leaves harvested at different transplanting dates,45 differential aroma components were screened out via OPLS-DA model and rOAV. Subsequently,18 key differential aroma compo-nents were further identified. Sixteen of these key components showed a high correlation with sensory quality and style( │ρ│≥0.7,P≤0.05).The higher contents of β-Damascenone,Decanal,Nonanal,Geranyl acetate,(E,Z)-2,6-Nonadienal,(E)-4-Decenal,3-Methyl-1H-indole,and Nonanol might be the key reasons for the high-level expression of clean aroma and excellent sensory quality of tobacco leaves transplanted on January 11th. In contrast,the increased contents of Geosmin,Styrene,Methylnaphthalen,and 5-Methyl furfural might be important factors contributing to the weakened clean aroma style and reduce sensory quality.【Conclusion】The optimal transplanting date for CB-1 in the Meizhou tobacco-growing area is January 11,which is 10 days earlier than the conventional schedule.
