荞麦种子萌发期耐旱和耐盐碱性综合评价

摘要:
【目的】综合评价荞麦种子萌发期的抗逆性,为荞麦抗逆机理研究和品种选育提供参考。【方法】以12个荞麦品种为材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫处理,NaCl模拟盐胁迫处理,混合碱(NaHCO3和Na2CO3物质的量比为9∶1)模拟碱胁迫处理,以蒸馏水为对照,通过测定参试荞麦品种种子萌发期的根长、芽长、总长、发芽率、发芽势、鲜质量、干质量、发芽指数、活力指数和根冠比等10个指标,结合主成分、隶属函数、热图及聚类分析等方法,对12个荞麦品种(系)种子萌发期抗逆性进行了综合评价。【结果】固荞2号、固荞3号和西农9976有较强的抗旱性,固荞1号、固荞4号、品甜荞2号和苏荞2号抗旱性较弱;信农1号和西农9976有较强的耐盐性,固荞2号和品甜荞2号耐盐性较弱;固荞2号和西农9976有较强的耐碱性,固荞1号和苏荞2号耐碱性较弱。荞麦萌发期根长和总长适合抗旱性的鉴定;发芽率、发芽指数和根冠比适合耐盐性的鉴定;发芽指数、发芽率和活力指数适合耐碱性的鉴定。【结论】参试的12个荞麦品种中固荞2号萌发期综合抗逆性表现最好,有望作为荞麦抗逆育种资源进行田间鉴定。

Comprehensive evaluation of drought and saline-alkali tolerance of buckwheat varieties during seed germination

Abstract:
【Objective】This research aimed to comprehensively evaluate the stress resistance of buckwheat seeds during the germination period,to provide a reference for the study of stress resistance mechanisms and cultivar selection of buckwheat.【Method】 With 12 buckwheat varieties as materials,PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress,NaCl was used to simulate salt stress,and a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate (molar ratio 9∶1) was used to simulate alkaline stress,with distilled water as the control.By measuring 10 indicators including root length,shoot length,total length,germination rate,germination potential,fresh weight,dry weight,germination index,vigor index,and root-to-shoot ratio during the germination period of the tested buckwheat varieties,and utilizing principal component analysis,membership functions,heat maps,and cluster analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of the stress resistance of the buckwheat during seed germination period for the 12 varieties (lines) was conducted.【Result】Guqiao 2,Guqiao 3 and Xinong 9976 exhibited strong drought resistance,while Guqiao 1,Guqiao 4,Pintianqiao 2,and Suqiao 2 showed weaker drought resistance.Xinnong 1 and Xinong 9976 showed strong salt tolerance,whereas Guqiao 2 and Pintianqiao 2 showed weaker salt tolerance.Guqiao 2 and Xinong 9976 demonstrated strong alkalinity resistance,while Guqiao 1 and Suqiao 2 showed weaker alkalinity resistance.The root length and total length during the germination period of buckwheat were efficient in assessing drought resistance;germination rate,germination index,and root-to-shoot ratio were efficient in evaluating salt tolerance;and germination index,germination rate,and vigor index were efficient in assessing alkalinity resistance.【Conclusion】Among the 12 buckwheat varieties tested,Guqiao 2 exhibits the best overall resistance during the germination period,and is expected to be used as a breeding resource for buckwheat stress resistance for field identification.
