共轭亚油酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、生化指标及抗氧化性能的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同水平共轭亚油酸(CLA)对产蛋后期海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、蛋黄CLA含量、血清生化指标及机体抗氧化能力的影响。【方法】选取产蛋率和体质量相近的63周龄海兰褐蛋鸡300只,随机分为对照组及1%,2%,3%和4% CLA添加组,每组6个重复,每重复10只鸡。对照组鸡饲喂基础饲粮+4%大豆油;试验组鸡分别饲喂在对照组饲粮中添加1%,2%,3%和4% CLA的日粮,以CLA替换等量大豆油。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。试验结束后,分别测定各组蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、蛋黄CLA含量、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力。【结果】1)与CK组相比,饲粮添加2%和4% CLA可显著降低平均日采食量(P<0.05)。2)饲粮添加1% CLA可显著提高蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),添加3%和4% CLA可显著降低蛋黄质量(P<0.05),添加不同水平CLA均可显著降低蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),添加1%~3% CLA能显著提高蛋黄CLA含量(P<0.05)。3)饲粮添加2%CLA可显著降低血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量(P<0.05),添加2%~4% CLA可显著降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量(P<0.05),添加1%和2% CLA可显著提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量(P<0.05),添加不同水平CLA均可显著提高血清雌二醇(E2)含量(P<0.05),添加1% CLA可显著提高血清胰岛素(INS)含量(P<0.05),添加不同水平CLA均可显著降低蛋黄T-CHO含量(P<0.05)。4)饲粮添加2%~4% CLA能显著提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05),添加1%和3% CLA可显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),添加1% CLA能显著提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),添加2%和4% CLA可显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),添加不同水平CLA均可显著提高血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05)。【结论】本试验条件下,在产蛋后期海兰褐蛋鸡饲粮添加2% CLA可显著降低平均日采食量,改善血清生化指标,显著提高蛋黄CLA含量,提高机体抗氧化能力。

Effects of conjugated linoleic acid on production performance,biochemical indexes and antioxidant properties of laying hens in late laying period

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) at different levels on production performance, egg quality, egg yolk CLA content,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant properties of Hy-Line Brown laying hens in late laying period.【Method】A total of 300 Hy-Line Brown laying hens at the age of 63 weeks with similar laying rate and body weight were randomly divided into control group and 1%,2%,3% and 4% CLA supplementation groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet +4% soybean oil,while the chickens in experimental groups were fed the diets supplemented with 1%,2%,3% and 4% CLA to replace same amounts of soybean oil, respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the feeding period was 42 days.At the end of the experiment,the production performance,egg quality,yolk CLA content,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of laying hens in each group were measured.【Result】1) Compared with CK group,dietary supplementation of 2% and 4% CLA significantly decreased average daily feed intake (P<0.05).2) Dietary supplementation of 1% CLA significantly increased eggshell thickness (P<0.05), supplementation of 3% and 4% CLA significantly decreased yolk weight (P<0.05),supplementation of CLA at different levels significantly decreased yolk color (P<0.05),while supplementation of 1%-3% CLA significantly increased yolk CLA content (P<0.05).3) Dietary supplementation of 2% CLA significantly decreased serum total cholesterol (T-CHO) content (P<0.05), supplementation of 2%-4% CLA significantly decreased serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) content (P<0.05),supplementation of 1% and 2% CLA significantly increased serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) content (P<0.05),supplementation of CLA at different levels significantly increased serum estradiol (E2) content (P<0.05),supplementation of 1% CLA significantly increased serum insulin (INS) content (P<0.05),and supplementation of CLA at different levels significantly decreased yolk T-CHO content (P<0.05).4) Dietary supplementation of 2%-4% CLA significantly increased serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (P<0.05), supplementation of 1% and 3% CLA significantly increased serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (P<0.05),supplementation of 1% CLA significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity (P<0.05),supplementation of 2% and 4% CLA significantly decreased serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content (P<0.05),while supplementation of CLA at different levels significantly increased serum catalase (CAT) activity (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Under the conditions of this experiment,the addition of 2% CLA to diets of Hy-Line Brown laying hens in the late laying period significantly reduced average daily feed intake,improved serum biochemical indicators,significantly increased egg yolk CLA content,and improved antioxidant performance.
