| 【目的】筛选生长优良的楸树无性系,为楸树组培苗的生产应用和良种选育提供理论参考。【方法】以9种楸树无性系组培苗(1-1、2-6、2-8、0、8402、19-01、2、1-3和008-1,编号依次为W1~W9)为试验材料,DKW为培养基,进行生根培养,比较不同楸树无性系组培苗的生根时间、生根率、叶片数、生根数、茎长及根系指标,观察其生长形态差异。【结果】(1)培养45 d后,9种楸树无性系组培苗均能生根,但生根状况表现有别,以无性系W7生根率最高,为90%;无性系W8次之,为70%。无性系W7初始生根时间最短,为9 d;同时其叶片数最多(15.00)、茎长最长(4.90 cm);形态观察发现,无性系W7生长势较强,生根数最多且生根均一(每株生根数4~5条)。(2)不同无性系根系生长状况也存在一定差异,以无性系W4与无性系W7根系生长较优。(3)楸树无性系组培繁殖性状与根系指标相关性不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】在9种楸树无性系组培苗中,初步筛选出无性系W7为楸树重点选育对象。 |

| Rooting differences of tissue culture seedlings of different Catalpa bungei clones |

| 【Objective】This study screened clones of C. bungei with excellent growth to provide basis for the production and application of tissue culture seedlings and improving variety breeding of C. bungei.【Method】Nine C. bungei clones of 1-1,2-6,2-8,0,8402,19-01,2,1-3 and 008-1 (numbered W1-W9) were selected and DKW medium was used as the basic medium for rooting culture.The rooting time,rooting rate,number of leaves,rooting number,stem length and root morphological parameters of different clones were compared to screen C. bungei clones with excellent growth and the growth morphological differences were observed.【Result】(1) After 45 days of culture,all 9 C. bungei clones could take root with different rooting status.W7 had the highest rooting rate of 90%, followed by clone W8 of 70%.W7 also had the shortest initial rooting time of 9 days,the largest leaf number of 15.00 and the longest stem length of 4.90 cm.Morphological observation showed that clone W7 had strong growth potential,the largest number of roots and uniform roots of 4-5 roots per plant.(2) There were certain differences in root growth among different clones,with the best root growth in clones W4 and W7.(3) There was no significant correlation between tissue culture reproductive traits and root indexes of C. bungei clones (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Clone W7 was preliminarily selected as the key breeding target of C. bungei among the tissue culture seedlings of 9 clones. |
