甘草多糖对哺乳仔猪健康状况和血清抗氧化能力的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究甘草多糖对哺乳仔猪健康状况和血清抗氧化能力的影响,为甘草多糖在仔猪饲粮中的应用提供参考。【方法】选择体质量相近的5日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪180头,随机分成3个组,分别为对照组、1.0%甘草多糖组和2.5%甘草多糖组,每组8个重复,每重复7~8头仔猪。采取常规饲喂方法,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,1.0%甘草多糖组和2.5%甘草多糖组在基础饲料中分别添加质量分数2.5%和1.0%的甘草多糖,饲喂30 d,试验期末统计仔猪健康状况,观察其皮毛发育程度。试验结束后第2天,每重复随机选择1~2头仔猪,每组10头,空腹前腔静脉采全血10 mL/头,采集的血液分两管收集,其中一管血液抗凝用于血常规测定,另一管血液制备血清用于生化指标及抗氧化指标测定。【结果】与对照组相比,1.0%甘草多糖组仔猪的末质量和平均日增质量均显著升高(P<0.05);2.5%甘草多糖组仔猪的末质量和平均日增质量虽有升高,但与对照组差异不显著。与对照组相比,1.0%甘草多糖组和2.5%甘草多糖组仔猪的平均日采食量和料重比均显著升高(P<0.05),但其死亡率显著降低。与对照组相比,1.0%甘草多糖组仔猪皮毛发育状况评为5分的比例显著升高,评为1分的比例显著降低。2.5%甘草多糖组仔猪血液中的白细胞数、红细胞数和血小板数最多,与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05);1.0%甘草多糖组仔猪血液中的白细胞数、红细胞数和血小板数均高于对照组,但与对照组差异不显著。与对照组相比,1.0%甘草多糖组和2.5%甘草多糖组仔猪血清中甘油三酯、葡萄糖、总蛋白和总胆固醇含量均有提高,且其甘油三酯和葡萄糖含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。1.0%甘草多糖组仔猪血清中乳酸脱氢酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2.5%甘草多糖组仔猪血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1.0%甘草多糖组仔猪血清中的MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】基础饲料中添加甘草多糖可以降低仔猪死亡率,改善皮毛发育,提高血糖水平,增强机体的抗氧化能力,进而提高仔猪的健康状况。甘草多糖添加量以1.0%为宜。

Effects of glycyrrhizin polysaccharide on health and serum antioxidant capacity of suckling piglets

Abstract:
【Objective】The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides (GCP) on health status and serum antioxidant capacity of suckling piglets and, so as to provide reference for the application of GCP in piglet diet.【Method】A total of 180 5-day-old suckling piglets (Duroc×Landrace×White) with similar body weight were randomly allotted to 3 treatment groups with 8 pens in each treatment and 7-8 pigs in each pen.Routine feeding procedures were adopted during the whole process of 30 days.The control group was fed with basal diet,while the other two groups were supplemented with 1.0% and 2.5% GCP,respectively.At the end of the experiment,the health status of piglets was surveyed,and the degree of fur development was observed.On the second day after the experiment,one or two piglets were randomly selected from each repeat with a total of ten piglets in each group,and 10ml whole blood was collected in two tubes from anterior vena cava in each piglet at fasting state.One tube was used to determine routine blood indexes, and the other one was used for the determination of biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes.【Result】Treatments with GCP supplementation decreased the mortality of piglets,enhanced the growth status and fur development,and increased the numbers of red blood cells,white blood cells and platelets,the final weight as well as average daily gain weight of piglets compared with the control group.The contents of triglyceride and glucose in serum of piglets in the experimental group increased,while there were no significant differences in other biochemical indexes between experimental groups and the control group (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,supplementation with GCP significantly increased the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in piglets.The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group.【Conclusion】Supplementation of GCP in the basal diet reduced mortality,improved fur development,increased blood glucose level,enhanced antioxidant capacity,and ultimately improved health status of piglets.The supplementation of 1.0% GCP was recommended based on this study.
