干旱地区滴灌条件下燕麦与箭筈豌豆混播模式研究

摘要:
【目的】探究干旱地区滴灌条件下燕麦(Avena sativa)与箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa)混播对饲草产量和营养品质的影响,筛选该区域燕麦与箭筈豌豆最佳混播模式。【方法】以‘梦龙’燕麦和普通箭筈豌豆为材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,将燕麦与箭筈豌豆进行同行混播、间行混播、交叉混播和条撒混播,并设置燕麦和箭筈豌豆单播对照,燕麦和箭筈豌豆单播播种量分别为120.00和75.00 kg/hm2,燕麦和箭筈豌豆混播播种量分别为75.00和45.00 kg/hm2,在燕麦灌浆期和箭筈豌豆花末期测定不同混播模式下饲草的主要性状指标(株高、叶茎比、鲜干比、生物产量和营养成分指标),并利用主成分分析法(PCA)对不同播种模式下饲草主要性状指标进行综合评价。【结果】与燕麦和箭筈豌豆单播相比,4种混播模式均显著提高了饲草产量,其中交叉混播模式干草产量最高,达9 412.18 kg/hm2,比燕麦和箭筈豌豆单播分别提高了41.27%和64.45%;与燕麦单播相比,混播模式显著改善了饲草品质,其中交叉混播模式饲草相对饲喂价值最高,达129.14。主成分分析结果表明,燕麦与箭筈豌豆交叉混播模式、条撒混播模式和间行混播模式的饲草综合得分较高。【结论】燕麦与箭筈豌豆交叉混播模式、条撒混播模式和间行混播模式的饲草综合性状较好。

Mixed sowing modes of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa under drip irrigation condition in arid area

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of different mixed sowing patterns of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa on yield and nutritional quality of grass under drip irrigation in arid areas were explored to obtain the best mixed mode of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa.【Method】‘Magnum’ Avena sativa and Vicia sativa were planted in modes of same line mixed,interline mixed,cross mixed and strip mixed using a single factor random zone group design and single planting of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa was used for comparison.The single sowing amounts of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa were 120.00 and 75.00 kg/hm2,while the mixed sowing amounts of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa were 75.00 and 45.00 kg/hm2,respectively.Main traits of forage (plant height,leaf stem ratio,fresh dry ratio,biological yield and nutrient composition indicators) under different mixed sowing modes were measured at the filling stage of Avena sativa and end of flowering stage of Vicia sativa,and principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze the main characte ristics of forages.【Result】Compared with sowing separately,the four mixed sowing modes significantly increased forage yield,and hay yield of cross mixed mode reached 9 412.18 kg/hm2,which was 41.27% and 64.45% higher than separate sowing of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa,respectively.Mixed grass significantly improved forage quality and cross mixed mode had the highest relative feeding value of forage of 129.14.Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that cross mixed,strip mixed and interline mixed forage of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa had high scores.【Conclusion】Forage of Avena sativa and Vicia sativa under cross mixed,strip mixed and interline mixed modes had better comprehensive properties.
