| 【目的】研究低聚木糖对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、肠道形态结构及蛋品质的影响,为低聚木糖在蛋鸡产蛋后期的使用提供理论支持。【方法】取60周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡300只,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)和试验组(基础饲粮中添加400 mg/kg的低聚木糖),每组10个重复,每重复15只鸡。预饲期10 d,试验期为60 d。每天记录试验蛋鸡的产蛋数、蛋质量和破软蛋数,每周记录试验蛋鸡的采食量,计算其产蛋率、破软蛋率、平均蛋质量、平均日采食量和料蛋比。试验结束后,蛋鸡禁食12 h,采血分离血清,测定血清中谷草转氨酶、白蛋白、总胆固醇、葡萄糖和甘油三酯的含量,并取十二指肠、空肠和回肠测定肠道绒毛高度(VH)、隐窝深度(CD)、肠壁厚度和VH/CD。【结果】与对照组相比,添加400 mg/kg低聚木糖显著提高了蛋鸡产蛋后期十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度及回肠的肠壁厚度,血清中谷草转氨酶含量及鸡蛋的蛋白高度、蛋黄质量和哈氏单位显著升高(P<0.05),显著降低了十二指肠的肠壁厚度和血清中甘油三酯含量(P<0.05);对蛋鸡产蛋率无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】 基础饲粮中添加400 mg/kg低聚木糖可以显著影响产蛋后期蛋鸡的肠道形态结构,改善鸡蛋品质,同时调控蛋鸡的血清肝功能和脂质代谢指标。 |

| 【Objective】The experiment was conducted to evaluate effects of xylooligosaccharide on production performance,egg quality and intestinal morphology of laying hens in late phase.【Method】Three hundred Hy Line brown laying hens at the age of 60 weeks were selected and randomly divided into two treatments with 10 replicates in each treatment and 15 hens in each replicate.The experimental included control diet (basal diet group) and experimental diet (basal diet supplemented with 400 mg/kg xylooligosaccharide).The preliminary test lasted for 10 days and the experiment lasted for 60 days.The number of eggs laid,number of broken eggs and egg weight were recorded daily in duplicates.The feed intake was recorded weekly,and egg production rate, broken egg rate,average daily egg weight and average daily feed intake were calculated.After test,laying hens were fasted for 12 h,before blood samples were collected for serum preparation to measure the parameters of glutamate transaminase,albumin,total cholesterol,glucose and triglyceride,and villus height (VH),crypt depth (CD),intestinal wall thickness and VH/CD in duodenum,jejunum and ileum were measured.【Result】Compared with the control group, villus height in duodenum,jejunum and ileum and thickness of ileum wall in the experimental groups were significantly increased (P<0.05),while duodenal intestinal wall thickness was significantly decreased (P<0.05).The contents of serum AST and triglyceride in experimental groups were significantly increased and decreased,respectively.The height of egg white,weight of egg yolk and Hahn unit of laying hens were significantly increased (P<0.05),while egg production rates were not affected (P>0.05).【Conclusion】The supplementation of 400 mg/kg xylooligosaccharide influenced intestinal morphology,promoted egg quality and adjusted serum biochemical indexes. |
