外源BR对盐碱胁迫下甜菜内源激素含量及保护酶活性的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究盐碱胁迫下不同时期喷施油菜素内酯(BR)对甜菜内源激素含量和保护酶活性的影响,为探究BR与其他植物激素间的交互作用,分析BR对甜菜体内保护酶系统的调控机制提供参考。【方法】以KWS 0143甜菜为材料,采取桶栽种植法,共设9个处理:CK(对照,供试土壤加基肥),YJ(盐碱处理,供试土壤加基肥和盐碱),O、S、V(在YJ基础上,分别于叶丛形成期、块根膨大期和糖分积累期喷施0.15 mg/kg的BR)以及不同时期喷施BR的组合处理OS、SV、OV和OSV。在甜菜生长前期喷施BR后9 d开始采集叶片,取样间隔为18 d,共取样5次,分别测定叶片内源激素含量、保护酶活性和氮素积累量,收获后测定块根产量、产糖量和含糖率。【结果】与CK相比,受盐碱胁迫后,甜菜叶片CTK含量、POD活性和氮素积累量总体下降,而内源BR、ABA、GA和IAA含量及CAT活性总体升高。盐碱胁迫下,外源BR提高了甜菜生长后期叶片的CTK含量、氮素积累量和SOD活性;不同时期喷施BR后,随着生育期的推进,甜菜POD、CAT活性和氮素积累量均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,IAA含量整体呈升高的趋势。越早喷施BR,对甜菜POD活性的影响越大;无论组合喷施与否,前期喷施BR后甜菜的内源BR、ABA和GA含量总体呈先上升后下降再上升的变化趋势。前期喷施BR能明显提高甜菜块根产量、含糖率和产糖量。【结论】外源BR可明显提高甜菜叶片的保护酶活性,增加氮素积累量,促进内源激素生成,调节内源激素的比例,提升甜菜耐盐碱和抗氧化的能力,提高块根产量、含糖率和产糖量。

Effects of exogenous BR on endogenous hormone and protective enzyme activities in sugar beet under saline-alkali stress

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the effects of spraying BR on endogenous hormone contents and protective enzyme activities of sugar beet at different stages under saline-alkali stress to provide reference for exploring interaction between BR and other plant hormones and analyzing regulation mechanism of BR on protective enzyme system.【Method】KWS 0143 beet was planted using barrel planting method with 9 treatments of CK (base fertilizer and normal soil),YJ (saline-alkali treatment),BR spraying treatments of O,S and V (0.15 mg/kg BR was sprayed at leaf cluster formation,tuber bulge and sugar accumulation stages in addition to YJ),as well as combined BR treatments of OS,SV,OV and OSV.Leaves were collected 9 days after spraying BR in the early stage of sugar beet growth for 5 times with sampling interval of 18 days.Endogenous hormone contents,protective enzyme activities and nitrogen accumulation of leaves were measured and tuber yield,sugar yield and sugar content were determined after harvest.【Result】Compared with CK,saline alkali stress decreased CTK content,POD activity and nitrogen accumulation in sugar beet leaves,while increased endogenous BR,ABA,GA and IAA contents and CAT activity.Under saline alkali stress,exogenous BR increased CTK content,nitrogen accumulation and SOD activity in the leaves in late stage of sugar beet growth.After spraying BR at different stages,activities of POD and CAT as well as nitrogen accumulation in sugar beet increased first followed by decrease,IAA content increased.Earlier BR spraying showed greater effect on POD activity.Regardless of combination spraying or not,contents of endogenous BR,ABA and GA in sugar beet in early stage showed a trend of increasing,decreasing and increasing.Spraying BR in early stage increased yield,sugar content and sugar yield of sugar beet roots.【Conclusion】Exogenous BR can significantly improve activities of protective enzymes,increase accumulation of nitrogen,promote generation of endogenous hormones,regulate endogenous hormones,improve saline alkali resistance and antioxidant capacity,as well as increase yield,sugar content and sugar yield.
