枸杞枝条复配基质对番茄幼苗生长和光合的影响

摘要:
【目的】分析枸杞枝条不同复配基质对番茄幼苗生长发育及光合参数的影响,以筛选适宜的番茄育苗基质配比方案。【方法】以枸杞枝条、珍珠岩和蛭石作为基质材料,共设10个处理,其中T1处理全部使用枸杞枝条,其余9个处理中枸杞枝条、珍珠岩、蛭石的体积比分别为2∶1∶1(T2)、3∶1∶1(T3)、4∶1∶1(T4)、5∶1∶1(T5)、6∶1∶1(T6)、3∶1∶2(T7)、4∶1∶2(T8)、5∶1∶2(T9)、6∶1∶2(T10),以“壮苗二号”育苗基质作为对照(CK),分析不同复配基质的物理性状及其对番茄幼苗生长发育、光合参数和部分生理指标的影响。【结果】 添加枸杞枝条可降低复配基质的容重,提高复配基质的通气孔隙和持水孔隙,其中T10处理(V(枸杞枝条)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=6∶1∶2)复配基质的物理性状在栽培基质的适宜范围内。由育苗指标可知,T10处理番茄幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数和根体积指标较好,壮苗指数较大,长势最强;番茄叶片的净光合速率最高,比CK高51.28%;番茄的单位中心吸收光能(ABS/RC)、能量散耗(DIo/RC)比CK高出7.2%和25.73%;番茄幼苗的总叶绿素含量最高,比CK高17.02%;番茄的MDA含量较低,比CK低39.65%。【结论】综合比较认为,V(枸杞枝条)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=6∶1∶2为番茄育苗的最适枸杞枝条基质配比方案,可作为无土栽培基质进行研发和利用。

Effects of wolfberry branches mixed substrate on growth and photosynthesis parameters of tomato seedlings

Abstract:
【Purpose】This experiment analyzed the effects of different compound substrates of Chinese wolfberry branch baking powder on the growth, development and photosynthetic parameters of tomato seedlings to select suitable mixing scheme for tomato seedling substrate.【Method】The project used Chinese wolfberry branch,perlite,and vermiculite as matrix materials and set a total of 10 treatments.T1 treatment used all lychee bars,and the remaining 9 treatments had the Chinese wolfberry branch,perlite and vermiculite volume ratios of 2∶1∶1(T2),3∶1∶1(T3),4∶1∶1(T4),5∶1∶1(T5),6∶1∶1(T6),3∶1∶2(T7),4∶1∶2(T8),5∶1∶2(T9),and 6∶1∶2(T10),respectively.Using “Zhuangmiao No.2” seedling substrate as control (CK),the physical properties of different compounded substrates and the effects on growth,and development,photosynthetic parameters and physiological indicators of tomato seedlings were analyzed.【Result】 The addition of lychee bars reduced the bulk density while increased the pores and water holding pores of compound matrix.The physical properties of the T10 treatment (V (Chinese wolfberry branch baking powder)∶V(perlite)∶V(vermiculite)=6∶1∶2) were within the appropriate range of cultivation medium. The tomato seedlings treated with T10 had better plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and root volume,and stronger seedling index and growth.The net photosynthetic rate of tomatoes treated with T10 was the highest,which was 51.28% higher than that of CK.T10 tomato also had 7.2% higher absorption energy (ABS/RC) and 25.73% higher energy dissipation (DIo/RC) than CK.The T10 treatment had 17.02% higher highest chlorophyll content but 39.65% lower MDA than CK.【Conclusion】Comprehensive comparison showed that the treatment of V (Chinese wolfberry branch baking powder.)∶V(perlite)∶V(vermiculite)=6∶1∶2 was the optimum sapwood substrate matching scheme for tomato nursery,and can be further researched and utilized as soilless cultivation substrate.
