聚乙烯醇(PVA)因具有良好的粘附性、浆膜强韧性和耐磨性而被广泛应用,已成为全球需求量最大的高分子聚合材料之一。因此PVA的降解也受到了关注,对PVA降解微生物的采样环境和筛选方法、降解微生物的存在形式和降解机理研究现状进行疏理,分析降解微生物应用过程中存在的问题和限制因素,并对今后PVA降解微生物的研究发展方向进行展望。 |

Abstract: |
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is widely used in textile, printing and dyeing and chemical fiber industry due to its good adhesion,strong toughness and wear resistance.It has become one of the largest demanded polymer materials in the world.This article mainly discusses the sampling environment and selection methods of PVA-degrading bacteria,the existing forms and degradation mechanism,and existing problems and limiting factors of applications.Future application and research directions are also prospected. |
