6种果树枝条导管长度及其特点

摘要:
【目的】测定不同果树枝条木质部导管长度,比较种内及种间相关参数的差异和特点。【方法】选取苹果、梨、桃、李、杏和木瓜6种果树当年生直径6~7 mm的枝条,利用简易注气法测定并计算其气体传导速率C,通过ln C与枝条长度l的线性关系求得消耗系数k,并根据k值计算导管平均长度和最大概率长度,分析导管长度分布。【结果】6种果树枝条的气体传导速率(C)均随枝条长度(l)的减小呈指数关系升高,ln C与l均呈极显著线性关系。苹果、梨、桃、李、杏和木瓜导管最大长度分别为54.5,47.5,53.7,38.7,63.1和51.0 cm;导管平均长度分别为12.5,10.2,18.3,7.5,22.3和14.3 cm;最大概率长度分别为6.22,5.09,9.16,3.74,11.17和7.13 cm。树种间导管最大长度与平均长度呈极显著线性相关,树种内桃和杏枝条两参数呈显著线性相关,而其他果树二者间无明显线性关系。【结论】6种果树间导管长度存在明显差异,树种间导管平均长度与最大长度存在显著相关性。

Xylem vessel length and characteristics of six fruit tree varieties

Abstract:
【Objective】Vessel length relevant parameters and their differences within and among species were assessed.【Method】One year branches with diameter of 6-7 mm from six fruit tree varieties including apple,pear,peach,plum,apricot and papaya were sampled.Air conductivity (C)was measured and calculated through simplified air injection method.Dispersion coefficient (k) was obtained through the linear relationship of ln C and branch length (l),and mean vessel length,mode length and length distribution were analyzed through k values. 【Result】Air conductivity showed exponential increase as branch length decreased,and ln C and l displayed significant linear relationship for all six species.For branches of apple,pear,peach,plum,apricot and papaya trees,the maximum vessel lengths were 54.5,47.5,53.7,38.7,63.1 and 51.0 cm,the mean vessel lengths were 12.5,10.2,18.3,7.5,22.3 and 14.3 cm,and the mode vessel lengths were 6.22,5.09,9.16,3.74,11.17 and 7.13 cm,respectively.The species showed significant linear correlation between maximum and mean vessel lengths among species. There were also inner species linear correlations between maximum and mean vessel lengths of peach and apricot trees,while not among other trees.【Conclusion】The vessel lengths of six fruit trees showed significant difference,and there were significant correlations between mean and maximum vessel lengths among species.
