纳米TiO2改性ACQ防腐处理材性能研究

摘要:
【目的】以抗老化能力强、具有广谱杀菌性的纳米TiO2改性胺溶季铵铜(ACQ)木材防腐剂,以期提高ACQ防腐处理材的综合性能。【方法】以分散效率为评价指标,采用正交试验方法考察纳米TiO2在ACQ溶液中的最佳分散条件,并对纳米TiO2改性ACQ处理材的顺纹抗压强度、横纹抗压强度及抗水流失性的变化进行了分析。另外,通过红外光谱分析,阐明纳米TiO2改性ACQ处理材中官能团的变化。【结果】纳米TiO2在ACQ防腐溶液中稳定性较好的分散工艺条件为:ACQ质量分数为0.6%,纳米TiO2质量为0.05 g,纳米TiO2与Na6O18P6质量比为1∶5,超声温度40 ℃,超声时间60 min;各影响因素作用顺序依次为:纳米TiO2质量>纳米TiO2与Na6O18P6质量比>ACQ质量分数>超声温度>超声时间。添加纳米TiO2的ACQ处理材,其横纹抗压强度及顺纹抗压强度分别为5.98和48.4 MPa,均高于ACQ处理材,并且具有更低的铜流失率。从FTIR谱图可见,添加纳米TiO2的ACQ处理材,主要是与半纤维素、木质素发生反应,生成以Ti-O-C为主要产物的化合物,并且ACQ质量分数在0.6%~0.8%时,添加纳米TiO2改性的ACQ溶液稳定性更好。【结论】成功探索出抗流失性较好、力学性能较高的纳米TiO2改性胺溶季铵铜(ACQ)处理材制备工艺。

Performance of nano TiO2 modified ACQ preservative treated wood

Abstract:
【Objective】Alkaline copper quat (ACQ) preservative was modified by nano TiO2 with excellent aging resistance and broad spectrum bactericidal ability to improve the comprehensive properties of the treated wood.【Method】The dispersion efficiency was used as evaluation index to investigate the ideal dispersion conditions of nano TiO2 dispersion into ACQ solution by the orthogonal test.The copper leaching performance and the compression strengths parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain of ACQ treated wood with different treatments were investigated,and the changes of the chemical structure of the treated wood were analyzed by FTIR spectrum analysis.【Result】The ideal modification conditions for nano-TiO2 dispersed into ACQ solution were 0.6% of ACQ mass fraction,0.05 g of nano-TiO2 mass,1∶5 of the ratio between nano-SiO2 and sodium hexametaphosphate,40 ℃ of ultrasonic temperature,and 60 min of ultrasonic time.The factors were in the decreasing order of mass of nano-SiO2 > ratio between nano-SiO2 and sodium hexametaphosphate >ACQ mass fraction> ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic time.Compared to the ACQ treated wood,nano TiO2 modification was critical for improving the compression strengths parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain of ACQ treated wood,and the copper leaching resistance.The compression strengths parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain were increased to 5.98 and 48.4 MPa,respectively.The chemical reactions between nano-TiO2 and wood constituents were hemicellulose and lignin,and the ideal dispersion mass fraction for ACQ preservative was between 0.6%-0.8% observed by FTIR spectrum.【Conclusion】Nano-TiO2 modified ACQ treated wood were successfully prepared.
