麦长管蚜对蚜害诱导小麦挥发物及蚜虫报警信息素的行为反应

摘要:
【目的】探究小麦蚜害诱导挥发物与蚜虫报警信息素反-β-法尼烯(EβF)对麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae Fabricius)行为反应的影响,为麦长管蚜的绿色防治提供依据。【方法】采用四臂嗅觉仪,测试不同质量浓度小麦蚜害诱导挥发物6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮(MHO)、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-醇(MHOH)、水杨酸甲酯(MeSA)和蚜虫报警信息素(EβF)对有翅型麦长管蚜行为反应的影响;在此基础上,将上述化合物按各自对麦长管蚜具备最佳驱避效果的质量浓度等体积混合,分析或比较不同混合物对麦长管蚜行为反应的影响;最后,比较MHOH、EβF及二者混合物对有翅型麦长管蚜F1代翅型分化的影响。【结果】MHO、MHOH、MeSA与EβF分别在100,1,1,10 ng/μL时对有翅型麦长管蚜具备最佳驱避效果;小麦蚜害诱导挥发物两两混合或三者混合后,对该蚜虫在处理臂与对照臂的停留时间无显著影响,丧失了对麦长管蚜的驱避作用;MHOH或MeSA与EβF混合后对麦长管蚜的驱避作用丧失,MHO与EβF的混合物对麦长管蚜仍然有强烈的驱避作用。翅型分化试验结果表明,EβF处理的麦长管蚜F1代有翅蚜率明显增加;MHOH与EβF混合后,不能引起有翅型麦长管蚜F1代有翅蚜率增加。【结论】小麦蚜害诱导挥发物的不同组分对麦长管蚜的行为反应影响存在差异,小麦蚜害诱导挥发物与蚜虫报警信息素之间可能存在相互作用。

Behavioral responses of Sitobion avenae to aphid alarm pheromone and wheat volatiles induced by aphid feeding

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the behavioral responses of winged Sitobion avenae Fabricius to aphid alarm pheromone and wheat volatiles induced by aphid feeding. 【Method】A four-arm olfactormeter was used to determine the behavioral responses of winged S.avenae exposed to aphid alarm pheromone (EβF) and wheat volatiles induced by aphid feeding including 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one (MHO),6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol (MHOH) and methyl salicylate (MeSA) at different concentrations.Then the repellent effect of mixtures of two or three chemicals at their best concentrations on S.avenae was determined.At last,the effects of MHOH,EβF and their mixture on winged offspring F1 were compared. 【Result】The concentrations of EβF,MHO,MHOH and MeSA with the best repellent effects for the semiochemicals were 10,100,1 and 1 ng/μL,respectively.All mixtures of two or three wheat volatiles showed weaker repellent effect on S.avenae compared to single volatile treatments.Compared to EβF,the mixtures of MeSA or MHOH with EβF reduced the repellent effects of EβF.However,the mixture of MHO with EβF still showed strong repellent effects.In addition,wing dimorphism experiments indicated that EβF alone increased the ratio of S.avenae’s winged offspring F1,and the mixture of the two compounds could not. 【Conclusion】The effects of different wheat volatiles induced by aphid feeding on the behavioral response of S.avenae were different and there might be some interactions between aphid alarm pheromone and wheat volatiles.
