基于Lab模型的北美红枫呈色生理因素探究

摘要:
【目的】研究北美红枫变色期叶片颜色与相关生理指标间的相关关系,探讨北美红枫呈色的生理因素,为北美红枫的叶色调控提供理论依据。【方法】于2014-10-22-11-19,在北美红枫叶片变色的4个阶段,即变色前、变色初期、变色中期、变色末期共采集100片树叶,用Nikon D7000相机对叶片鲜样进行拍照,记录叶片明度参数L及表示红/绿、黄/蓝属性的色相参数a、b,运用Lab模型对北美红枫各呈色期叶片颜色参数进行精确量化,并测定叶片的光合色素、花色素苷、类黄酮、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标,运用SPSS 19.0统计软件分析变色期相关生理指标与叶色变化的相关关系,探究影响北美红枫呈色的主要生理生化因素。【结果】北美红枫秋季叶色变化过程中,叶色参数L、b值变化幅度较小,a值变化显著。在整个叶片变色期,随着叶色的变化光合色素含量呈下降趋势,花色素苷、类黄酮、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均呈上升趋势,过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈单峰曲线,最大值出现在变色初期。叶色参数a值与光合色素含量呈显著负相关,与花色素苷、可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关;b值与类黄酮含量呈显著正相关;而明度参数L值与各生理指标均无显著相关性。【结论】影响北美红枫叶片变红的主要因素是叶片光合色素、花色素苷和可溶性糖含量,类黄酮含量对叶片变红的贡献不大,而可溶性蛋白含量和POD活性对北美红枫叶片变红无直接影响。

Lab model based analysis on physiological factors affecting color of Acer rubrum L.

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper explored relationship between physiological factors and leaf color of red maple to provide basis for understanding regulation of color discoloration. 【Method】During the discoloration period of red maple from October 22 to November 19 in 2014 including before discoloration,prime phase,mid term and last phase,100 leaves were collected and pictures were taken by Nikon D7000 camera.The lightness L,and color parameter a for red/green,and b for yellow/ blue were recorded and they were quantitatively analysis by Lab model.The contents of photosynthetic pigment,anthocyanin,flavonoids,soluble sugar,and soluble protein,peroxidase (POD) activity,and other physiological indexes in each phase were determined and the relationships between these factors and color change were analyzed using SPSS-19.0.【Result】During leaf discoloration period,the changing ranges of L and b were narrow,while a changed significantly.The content of photosynthetic pigments decreased along with then change of leaf color,while contents of anthocyanin,flavonoid,soluble sugar and soluble protein increased.The POD activity showed a unimodal curve with maximum at the beginning of discoloration.The leaf color parameter a had extremely negative correlation with photosynthetic pigment content,and extremely positive correlation with contents of anthocyanin and soluble sugar.The leaf color parameter b had positive correlation with favonoid content.No significant correlations were found between L and physiological indexes. 【Conclusion】Major factors impacting red maple leaves color change include contents of photosynthetic pigment,anthocyanin and soluble sugar.The content of favonoid had minor effects while soluble protein content and POD activity had no direct effects.
