浸渍温度对[Bmim]Cl改性杨木单板微纤丝角和结晶性能的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究浸渍温度对[Bmim]Cl改性杨木单板微纤丝角和结晶性能的影响,为后续基于[Bmim]Cl的木质制品制备机理研究和工艺优化奠定基础。【方法】用[Bmim]Cl对人工林杨木单板进行不同温度(90,110,130和150 ℃)浸渍处理,然后对浸渍试样进行热压 凝固浴 模压定型处理得到改性试样,以未经[Bmim]Cl浸渍的杨木单板为对照,用X射线衍射仪对各处理单板的微纤丝角和结晶性能进行检测。【结果】与对照相比,[Bmim]Cl不同温度浸渍处理会使杨木单板的微纤丝角均有所提高,其中90 ℃浸渍处理对应的微纤丝角(27.09°)最大,130 ℃浸渍处理对应的微纤丝角(19.90°)最小;110 ℃处理组杨木单板的相对结晶度(53.54%)最小,130 ℃处理组最大(67.61%);110 ℃处理组木材结晶区宽度最小,为1.59 nm,130 ℃处理组木材结晶区宽度增加到最大值,约为2.37 nm。【结论】[Bmim]Cl不同浸渍温度对木材微纤丝角、相对结晶度和结晶区宽度均有影响,但[Bmim]Cl浸渍处理并未改变其纤维素晶型。

Effects of impregnation temperature on the microfibril angle and crystal properties of modified poplar veneers based on [Bmim]Cl

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of [Bmim]Cl impregnation temperature on the microfibril angle and crystal properties of modified poplar veneers were studied, which will be the basis of the mechanism research and technology optimization for preparation of wood products based on [Bmim]Cl.【Method】Based on the [Bmim]Cl impregnation of the plantation poplar veneers at different temperatures (90,110,130 and 150 ℃),the modified samples were prepared by hot pressing coagulation bath molding.Taking the poplar veneers without [Bmim]Cl impregnation as the control,the microfibril angle and crystal properties of every group were tested and compared by X-ray diffraction (XRD).【Result】Compared with the control,the microfibril angles of modified poplar veneers were increased due to the poplar modification at different [Bmim]Cl impregnation temperatures.The one of group 90 ℃ was the maximum(27.09°).And the one of group 130 ℃ was the minimum(19.90°).The relative crystallinity of poplar veneers in group 110 ℃ was the minimum(53.54%).And the one of group 130 ℃ reached the maximum(67.61%).Crystal breadth of poplar veneers in group 110 ℃ was the minimum,1.59 nm.And the one of group 130 ℃ reached the maximum of 2.37 nm.【Conclusion】The microfibril angle,relative crystallinity and width of crystal region were all influenced by [Bmim]Cl impregnation temperature,but the cellulose crystal type was not changed.
