| 【目的】对抗条锈病新种质三属麦1号进行抗条锈病鉴定和遗传分析,明确三属麦1号含有的抗病基因数目,并挖掘其抗条锈病基因。【方法】利用CYR29、CYR30、CYR31、CYR32、CYR33 5个条锈菌优势小种对三属麦1号与铭贤169(感病品种)及二者作为亲本杂交的F1、F2代和BC1代进行了抗锈性遗传分析,并对其抗条锈基因进行微卫星标记。【结果】三属麦1号对供试的5个条锈菌优势小种均表现免疫,并且对条锈菌小种CYR31的抗性由1对隐性基因控制, 暂命名为YrS1。采用分子标记定位技术,筛选到位于小麦3D染色体短臂上的5个SSR标记(Xwmc674、Xcfd79、Xcfd34、Xgwm2、Xbarc68)与YrS1连锁,最近的标记为Xwmc674和Xcfd79,其与YrS1的遗传距离分别是8.7和4.1 cM。【结论】三属麦1号具有优良的抗条锈性,而且具有5个多态性微卫星标记的抗条锈病基因YrS1位于小麦3D染色体短臂上。 |

| 【Objective】This research focused on the identification and inheritance of Sanshumai 1 resistance to Puccinia striiforms f.sp.tritici (Pst).【Method】Seedlings of Sanshumai 1,susceptible genotype Mingxian 169,and F1,F2 and BC1 generations of their cross were tested with five prevalent Pst races CYR29,CYR30,CYR31,CYR32,and CYR33.Then,simple sequence repeat (SSR) technique was used to screen molecular markers of gene(s) relating resistance to stripe rust.【Result】Sanshumai 1 expressed immune to the five races of Pst.Genetic analysis indicated that a single recessive gene from Sanshumai 1,temporarily designated as YrS1,conferred resistance to CYR31.Five SSR markers located on chromosome arm 3DS,Xwmc674,Xcfd79,Xcfd34,Xgwm2 and Xbarc68,were linked to YrS1.Xwmc674 and Xcfd79 had the shortest genetic distances of 8.7 cM and 4.1 cM,respectively.【Conclusion】Sanshumai 1 had good stripe rust resistance with five SSR markers on the short chromosome arm 3D. |
