| 【目的】明确福建省玉米小斑病菌对戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯的敏感性。【方法】以从福建省南平、三明、宁德、福州、漳州、莆田和龙岩7个地区采集分离的214株玉米小斑病菌为试验材料,采用菌丝生长速率法测定戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯对供试菌株的有效抑制中浓度EC50,并分析供试菌株对戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯的敏感性及3种杀菌剂之间的交互抗性。【结果】戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯对供试玉米小斑病菌菌株的EC50值分别为0.024 9~21.582 3,0.032 1~0.724 9和0.146 3~3.412 7 μg/mL;敏感性频率分布显示,福建省玉米小斑病菌对戊唑醇出现了敏感性下降的亚群体,对吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯的敏感性频率分布均符合正态分布,可分别将吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯对供试菌株的EC50平均值(0.266 2和1.340 6 μg/mL)作为其敏感基线用于田间菌株的抗药性检测,且戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯和硝苯菌酯3种杀菌剂间不存在交互抗性。【结论】供试3种杀菌剂对玉米小斑病菌菌丝生长的抑制活性依次表现为吡唑醚菌酯>硝苯菌酯>戊唑醇;吡唑醚菌酯可作为防治玉米小斑病的主要杀菌剂,硝苯菌酯有望成为防治玉米小斑病的替代杀菌剂,戊唑醇仍可用于防治玉米小斑病,同时应注意杀菌剂的混配和轮换使用以降低或延缓抗药性。 |

| 【Objective】The objective of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity of Bipolaris maydis in Fujian to tebuconazole,pyraclostrobin and meptyldinocap.【Method】EC50 values of 214 B.maydis isolates obtained from Nanping,Sanming,Ningde,Fuzhou,Zhangzhou,Putian and Longyan in Fujian to tebuconazole,pyraclostrobin and meptyldinocap were determined by mycelium growth rate method.The sensitivity and cross resistance of the isolates to tebuconazole,pyraclostrobin and meptyldinocap were also analyzed. 【Result】EC50 values of tested isolates to tebuconazole,pyraclostrobin and meptyldinocap were 0.024 9-21.582 3 μg/mL,0.032 1-0.724 9 μg/mL and 0.146 3-3.412 7 μg/mL,respectively.Sensitivity frequency analysis revealed that low resistant sub colony to tebuconazole was discovered.The sensitivity frequency of B.maydis isolates to pyraclostrobin and meptyldinocap followed normal distribution and the mean EC50 values of 0.266 2 μg/mL and 1.340 6 μg/mL could be used as sensitivity baseline to for fields resistance monitoring.There was no cross resistance among tebuconazole,pyraclostrobin and meptyldinocap. 【Conclusion】The mycelia growth inhibition was in the order of pyraclostrobin>meptyldinocap>tebuconazole.Pyraclostrobin could be used as the main pesticide to control corn southern leaf blight,meptyldinocap was expected to be a substituted pesticide,and tebuconazole is also useful.Fungicides should be mixed and alternated to reduce or delay the resistance. |
