| 【目的】研究血鹦鹉家系的遗传多样性以及经济性状与微卫星分子标记的连锁关系，为血鹦鹉分子育种提供理论支持。【方法】利用自行开发的6对微卫星标记（Vsac01、Vsac02、Vsac03、Vsac04、Vsac05、Vsac06）对3个血鹦鹉家系进行了遗传多样性研究，并利用SPSS软件对这些位点与经济性状的相关性进行了分析。【结果】6对标记在3个家系中共检测出26个等位基因，每个位点的等位基因数为2～4；有效等位基因数为1.87～3.83；期望杂合度为0.464 4～0.738 9；观察杂合度为0.666 7～1.000 0；多态信息含量（PIC）为0.356 6～0.690 5，平均值为 0.457 0，总体表现为中等多态（0.25≤PIC≤0.50），3个家系的遗传多样性处于较高水平。相关性分析结果表明，Vsac02与体质量、褪色率显著相关(P<0.05)，与体高/体长极显著相关(P<0.01)；Vsac05、Vsac06与体质量显著相关(P<0.05)，与体长极显著相关(P<0.01)，Vsac06还与褪色率显著相关(P<0.05)；Vsac01、Vsac04与肥满度极显著相关(P<0.01)，Vsac03与所测指标之间均无相关性。【结论】试验所选的3个血鹦鹉家系遗传多样性较高，获得了5个与经济性状相关的微卫星标记。 |

| 【Objective】Genetic diversity and correlation analysis between microsatellite markers and economic traits were conducted to provide scientific reference for molecular breeding of blood parrot fish (Vieja synspila♀×Amphilophus citrinellus♂).【Method】Six microsatellite markers (Vsac01,Vsac02,Vsac03,Vsac04,Vsac05,and Vsac06) were employed to investigate genetic polymorphism,and correlation analysis between genotypes of six microsatellite markers and economic traits including body weight,body length,body height,body height/body length,condition factor and fade ratio were performed according to GLM procedure of SPSS software among three blood parrot fish (Vieja synspila♀×Amphilophus citrinellus♂) families.【Result】A total of 26 different alleles were detected and each locus ranged from 2 to 4.Numbers of valid allele ranged from 1.87 to 3.83.The expected heterozygosity and observed heterozygosity varied from 0.464 4 to 0.738 9 and 0.666 7 to 1.000 0 respectively.The polymorphic information content (PIC) varied from 0.356 6 to 0.690 5 with mean of 0.457 0,indicating a moderate level of genetic variability in these families (0.25≤PIC≤0.50).Correlation analysis between microsatellites markers and economic traits by GLM procedure of SPSS software revealed that Vsac02 was associated with body weight, fade ratio (P<0.05),and significantly associated with body height/body length (P<0.01).Vsac05 and Vsac06 were associated with body weight (P<0.05),and significantly associated with body length(P<0.01).Vsac06 was associated with fade ratio also (P<0.05) and Vsac01 and Vsac04 were significantly associated with condition factor(P<0.01).Vsac03 was not associated with any traits.【Conclusion】Levels of genetic variability of these families of blood parrot fish were moderate.Five markers were found to be related to economic traits. |
