| 【目的】明确4种蝴蝶雄性生殖系统的形态学结构。【方法】将新鲜标本剪下腹部，在Motic SMZ168-BL 型显微镜下观察解剖，用Q Imaging Retiga 2000R（CCD）显微成像系统照相，采用Montage图像叠加软件进行图像处理。【结果】描述了4种蝴蝶的雄性生殖系统，其中外生殖器的差异主要表现在囊形突、钩突、背兜、阳基轭片等上，而内生殖器的主要差异表现在精巢、复射精管、单射精管及附腺上。【结论】4种蝴蝶雄性生殖系统的各部分结构特征存在较大差异。 |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】This paper studied the male reproductive system of four butterflies.【Method】The abdomen of fresh specimens were dissected under a Motic SMZ168-BL microscope.Then,male reproductive system was photographed using a digital micrographic system equipped with an auto-montage imaging system and a Q Imaging Retiga 2000R digital camera (CCD).【Result】The details of male reproductive system of four butterflies were observed.The morphological differences of genitalia were mainly about saccus,uncus,tegumen and penis,while that of genitals were mainly about ductus ejaculatorius duplex,ductus ejaculatorius simplex and paired accessory gland.【Conclusion】Significant differences were observed among the male reproductive system of four butterfly species. |
