不同培养条件下滨梅幼苗对NaCl胁迫的响应

摘要:
【目的】比较不同培养条件下滨梅幼苗耐盐特性差异,并筛选出耐盐能力强的滨梅品种,从而为滨梅耐盐性评价提供依据。【方法】以不同种源滨梅组培试管苗为试验材料,分别在组培和水培条件下,以0,100,200 mmol/L NaCl进行盐胁迫处理,通过观察测定不同种源滨梅叶片盐害及生理生化指标,分析不同培养条件下滨梅幼苗对NaCl胁迫的响应情况。【结果】盐胁迫7 d后,组培和水培滨梅幼苗叶片中Na+、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量、相对电导率(REC)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随NaCl处理浓度的升高显著增加;5种不同来源滨梅幼苗材料盐胁迫生理指标差异显著,其耐盐性强度表现为MI

Abstract:
【Objective】This research investigated the influence of salt stress on physiological characteristics of Prunus maritima Marshall seedlings under different culturing conditions and selected new variety with strong salt tolerance.【Method】Five provenances of beach plum were treated with 0,100,and 200 mmol/L NaCl under tissue and water culturing conditions to evaluate their salt-tolerance.【Result】With the increase of NaCl concentration,MDA content,Na+ content,total soluble protein content (SP),relative conductivity,and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in leaves of seedlings were significantly increased under both tissue and water culturing conditions 7 days after treatment.The physiological indexes of the five provenances were significantly different with the salt-tolerance in order of MI
