| 【目的】研究圩猪与三元杂交猪在相同日粮和饲养期内生长性能及肉品质的差异。【方法】选择体质量为(60±2.42) kg的圩猪和三元杂交猪(杜×大×长)各12 头，每个品种随机分为2 组，每组6 个重复，公母各半。按三元杂交猪的营养需要配制试验饲粮，采用种猪自动饲喂系统饲喂35 和50 d后各屠宰1组，比较其生长性能和肉品质的差异。【结果】饲养50 d的圩猪平均日增体质量显著低于三元杂交猪(P<0.05)，料体质量比显著高于三元杂交猪(P<0.05)。相同饲养期内，圩猪肉的大理石纹评分、肌内脂肪、肌苷酸、必需氨基酸以及饱和脂肪酸的含量均显著高于三元杂交猪(P<0.05)，而其肌肉滴水损失、硬度、肌纤维直径和多不饱和脂肪酸含量则显著低于三元杂交猪(P<0.05)。【结论】与三元杂交猪相比，圩猪生长速度缓慢，饲粮转化率低，但具有优良的肉质性状和风味特性。 |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】This paper compared the growth performance and meat quality of Wei pigs and Duroc×Yorshire×Landrace(DYL) pigs under the same diet and feeding conditions.【Method】Twelve Wei pigs and 12 DYL pigs with weight of (60±2.42) kg were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 6 replicates.The male to female ratio was 1∶1 in all groups.The experimental diet was designed according to the nutritional needs of DYL.The pigs were fed with the automatic feeding system and the growth performance and meat quality were compared after 35 d and 50 d,respectively.【Result】The average daily gain (ADG) of Wei pigs was significantly lower than that of DYL (P<0.05),but the feed/gain ratio (F/G) was higher (P<0.01).Marbling score and the contents of intramuscular fat (IMF),inosine acid,EAA and saturated fatty acids (SFA) of Wei pigs were significantly higher than those of DYL,while drip loss,hardness,muscle fiber diameter and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) content of Wei pigs were significantly lower than that of DYL(P<0.05) at same periods.【Conclusion】Compared with DYL pigs,Wei Pigs had slower growth speed and feed conversion rate,but better meat quality and flavor characteristics. |
