混合盐碱胁迫对红砂种子萌发的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究红砂种子在混合盐碱胁迫下的萌发行为。【方法】将2种中性盐(NaCl、Na2SO4)和2种碱性盐(NaHCO3、Na2CO3)按不同的物质的量比配制成pH分别为6.26,8.45,9.09,9.93和10.73的混合盐溶液,在每个pH下又设置盐浓度分别为50,100,200,300和400 mmol/L,以蒸馏水处理为对照(pH=7.08),比较不同盐碱胁迫处理下红砂种子的萌发情况及幼苗生长状况。【结果】(1)红砂种子在蒸馏水和低盐浓度(50,100,200 mmol/L)下萌发迅速而集中,在高盐浓度(300和400 mmol/L)下萌发迟缓;在蒸馏水和50 mmol/L盐溶液中,红砂种子均在第4天开始萌发,随着盐浓度增大红砂种子开始萌发的时间逐渐延迟。(2)红砂种子在蒸馏水中初始萌发率最高(92%);在pH为6.26~10.73时,50,100,200 mmol/L盐碱胁迫对红砂种子萌发的抑制作用较弱,初始萌发率与对照差异不显著;与对照相比,300,400 mmol/L盐碱胁迫显著抑制红砂种子萌发。(3)盐浓度是影响红砂种子萌发的主要因素,pH值对红砂种子萌发的影响次之。(4)红砂种子在400 mmol/L盐碱条件下可长时间(40 d)保持萌发潜力,一旦抑制条件解除,短时间内(1~2 d)即可恢复萌发。(5)红砂种子在蒸馏水中萌发形成的幼苗初生根长和胚轴长显著高于混合盐碱胁迫组;同一pH值下随着盐浓度逐渐增大或同一盐浓度下随着pH值逐渐增大,红砂幼苗初生根和胚轴受抑制程度均逐渐增大。【结论】混合盐碱胁迫对红砂种子的萌发和幼苗生长均有明显的抑制作用。

Effects of mixed saline-alkali stress on germination of Reaumuria songarica seeds

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper studied the germination behavior of Reaumuria songarica seeds under mixed saline-alkali stresses.【Method】Different combinations of two neutral salts (NaCl and Na2SO4) and two alkaline salts (NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) were used to simulate the saline-alkali mixed solutions with pH values of 6.26,8.45,9.09,9.93 and 10.73,respectively.Under each pH,salt concentrations of 50,100,200,300 and 400 mmol/L were set and distilled water treatment was used as control (pH=7.08).The germination of R.songarica seeds and seedling growth under different saline-alkali mixed stresses were compared.【Result】(1) R.songarica seeds germinated quickly and concentrated in distilled water and salt solutions with low concentrations(50,100,and 200 mmol/L),but they germinated lately and sporadicly under high concentrations(300 and 400 mmol/L).R.songarica seeds started to germinate on the fourth day in distilled water and salt solutions with low concentration of 50 mmol/L.As the salt concentration increased gradually,the start time delayed gradually.(2) The initial germinate rate of R.songarica seeds was the highest in distilled water(92%).In pH of 6.26-10.73 low concentrations of saline-alkali stress (50,100,and 200 mmol/L) had little inhibition on seed germination and the seed initial germinate rate was close to control group.High saline-alkali stresses (300 and 400 mmol/L) had significantly suppression on initial seed germination rate.(3)Salt concentration was major factor influencing R.songarica seeds germination followed by pH.(4)R.songarica seeds could keep germinate potential for long time (40 d) in saline-alkali solution (400 mmol/L).Once the inhibition condition disappears,it could quickly start germinate in a short period of time (1-2 d).(5) The length of seedling root and shoot axis in distilled water were significantly higher than those in salt solutions.As the salt concentration increased gradually,the inhibition level increased gradually at each pH value;As the pH value increased,the inhibition degree also increased gradually at each salt concentration.【Conclusion】Seed germination rate and seedlings growth of R.songarica were inhibited by saline-alkali mixed stress.
