生物素对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长、体成分及血清生化指标的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究生物素对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长、体成分及血清生化指标的影响,以确定其需要量。【方法】选用初始体质量为(64.04±1.26) g/尾的吉富罗非鱼幼鱼270尾,随机分成6组(每组3重复,每重复15尾),分别投喂生物素水平为0.00(对照组),0.03,0.07,0.31,0.61和1.26 mg/kg的饲料10周,测定并分析生物素对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼体质量增长率、特定生长率、体成分及血清生化指标的影响。 【结果】饲料中添加一定水平的生物素可显著提高鱼体质量增长率、特定生长率、饲料效率和肥满度P<0.05)。0.07 mg/kg生物素添加组鱼粗脂肪以及1.26 mg/kg生物素添加组鱼灰分含量最高,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);水分和粗蛋白含量在各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。0.61 mg/kg生物素添加组鱼血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白质量浓度显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);0.61和 1.26 mg/kg生物素添加组鱼血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清过氧化氢酶与超氧化物歧化酶活性分别以0.07和0.31 mg/kg生物素添加组最大,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.03~0.31 mg/kg生物素添加组血清丙二醛浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】饲料中添加生物素可提高吉富罗非鱼生长性能,改善饲料利用效率,吉富罗非鱼幼鱼饲料生物素适宜需要量为0.08 mg/kg。

Effects of dietary biotin on growth,body composition and serum biochemical indices of juvenile GIFT Tilapia

Abstract:
【Objective】 This study investigated the influences of dietary biotin on growth,body composition and serum biochemical indices of juvenile GIFT tilapia to detect the suitable amount of biotin in diet.【Method】A total of 270 juvenile GIFT tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with initial body weight of (64.04±1.26) g were randomly divided into six groups,with 3 replicates per group (n=15 fish/replicate).Each group was fed on diet containing 0.00 (control group),0.03,0.07,0.31,0.61,and 1.26 mg/kg biotin for 10 weeks,respectively.Weight gain rate (WGR),specific growth rate (SGR),body composition,and serum biochemical indices of juvenile GIFT tilapia were detected and analyzed.【Result】The supplementary dietary biotin improved WGR,feed efficiency (FE),and condition factor (CF) (P<0.05).Moisture and crude protein contents of whole body were not affected by dietary biotin (P>0.05).The serum total protein (TP),albumin (ALB),and globulin(GLO) in 0.61 mg/kg group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Serum total cholesterol (T-CHO) and triglyceride (TG) in 1.26 mg/kg group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) reached the peak when the fish was fed with biotin at 0.07 mg/kg and 0.31 mg/kg levels,respectively.Serum maleic aldehyde (MDA) in 0.03-0.31 mg/kg group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The proper amount for dietary biotin for GIFT tilapia was 0.08 mg/kg.
