杜仲籽油粕营养成分研究

摘要:
【目的】 对杜仲籽油粕的营养成分和功能性成分进行了全面分析,为其开发利用提供理论依据。【方法】 参照国家标准,采用常规化学分析和仪器分析方法,对杜仲籽油粕中的营养成分,包括矿质元素、糖分、脂肪、蛋白质及其氨基酸组成进行了分析;对其中的功效成分,包括总黄酮、绿原酸和桃叶珊瑚苷采用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法进行了测定。【结果】 杜仲籽油粕中蛋白质、糖分和脂肪的含量分别为337.50,140.00和16.50 g/kg;钾、钠、钙、铁的含量分别为11.2,0.014,4.2和0.38 g/kg,具有显著的高蛋白低脂肪、髙钾低钠的特性。杜仲籽油粕中维生素B1和B2含量分别为6.30和3.18 mg/kg。杜仲籽油粕中含有17种氨基酸,总含量为214.9 g/kg,其中必需氨基酸含量为66.0 g/kg。桃叶珊瑚苷、总黄酮、绿原酸的含量分别为137.6,0.61和1.00 g/kg。【结论】 杜仲籽油粕在食品和保健食品及饲料添加剂等的开发利用方面具有较高的利用价值,是亟待开发的宝贵资源。

Nutritional constituents in oil meal of Eucommia ulmoides seed

Abstract:
【Objective】 A complete analysis was carried out on nutritional and functional constituents in oil meal of Eucommia ulmoides seed to provide theoretical basis for the use and development of this resource.【Method】 Referring to national standards in China,conventional chemical methods and instrumental analytical methods were adopted to determine the contents of nutritional constituents,including minerals,saccharides,crude fats,proteins,and amino acids.Functional constituents,such as total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,and aucubin,were measured by spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).【Result】 The contents of proteins,saccharides and curde fats in oil meal of E.ulmoides seed were 337.50,140.00,and 16.50 g/kg,respectively.The contents of potassium,sodium,calcium,and iron were 11.2,0.014,4.2,and 0.38 g/kg,respectively,indicating characteristics of high protein,low lipids,high potassium,and low sodium.The contents of vitamin B1 and B2 were 6.30 and 3.18 mg/kg,respectively.Seventeen amino acids were detected with a total content of 214.9 g/kg,in which the content of essential amino acids was 66.0 g/kg.For functional constituents,the contents of aucubin,total flavonoids,and chlorogenic acid were 137.6,0.61,and 1.00 g/kg,respectively.【Conclusion】 The oil meal of E.ulmoides seed demonstrated high values for the use and development manifested by its nutritional and functional constituents.
