库拉索芦荟雌性不育的胚胎学研究

摘要:
【目的】了解库拉索芦荟(Aloe vera L.)的开花过程以及有性生殖过程中大孢子发生和雌配子体发育的动态过程,为探讨芦荟的雌性不育提供胚胎学依据。【方法】以库拉索芦荟为材料,应用植物解剖学和荧光显微技术相结合的方法,从形态学、细胞学、生殖生物学的角度对芦荟雌性不育进行研究。【结果】在芦荟雌配子体发育过程中,胚囊发育为四孢型。胚囊发育至四孢子期后出现了异常,四分体逐渐解聚,内容物降解消失。【结论】库拉索芦荟大孢子母细胞最终没有形成功能性的胚囊,不具备成熟的雌配子体,无法正常进行受精结实,导致其雌性不育。

Abstract:
【Objective】In this paper,the flowering process and dynamics of microsporogenesis and female gametophyte development during sexual reproduction process of Aloe vera L.were investigated.【Method】Using plant-anatomy and fluorescence micro technology,the female sterility of Aloe vera L. was investigated from the perspectives of morphology,cytology,and reproductive biology.【Result】During the development of female gametophyte,Therefore,embryo sac growth of aloe was tetrasporic type.After abnormality appeared at the later stage,the tetrad depolymerized and contents degenerated and vanished.【Conclusion】The megaspore mother cell failed to form functional embryo sac and did not have mature female gametophyte.It was unable to conduct fertilization and caused the female sterility.
