不同质量浓度氯吡脲对猕猴桃果实理化参数的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同质量浓度氯吡脲溶液对猕猴桃理化参数的影响,筛选不同品种猕猴桃氯吡脲处理的最佳质量浓度。【方法】以‘海沃德’、‘徐香’和‘华优’猕猴桃为对象,测定并分析0(对照),2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0和12.5 mg/L 6个不同质量浓度氯吡脲溶液浸果处理对生长期猕猴桃纵径和横径,以及成熟猕猴桃单果质量、果形指数、果肉可溶性固形物含量和硬度的影响。【结果】在生长初期,猕猴桃的纵、横径增大迅速,而后期增大缓慢;当氯吡脲质量浓度为7.5 mg/L时,各品种猕猴桃平均纵径均达到最大值。‘海沃德’、‘徐香’和‘华优’猕猴桃的横径分别在氯吡脲质量浓度为5.0,7.5和12.5 mg/L时达到最大。5.0 mg/L氯吡脲处理使‘徐香’和‘华优’具有最高的果形指数,但同对照组相比,5个质量浓度氯吡脲处理均使‘海沃德’猕猴桃的果形指数有所降低。适量的氯吡脲处理可提高猕猴桃的单果质量和可溶性固形物含量,但却使猕猴桃的硬度降低,其中7.5 mg/L氯吡脲处理可使3种猕猴桃具有最大的单果质量和可溶性固形物含量,但也使果实硬度最小而不耐存储。【结论】综合考虑果实大小、质量、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量和硬度等指标,认为10.0 mg/L是‘海沃德’猕猴桃氯吡脲处理的最佳质量浓度,而5.0 mg/L是‘徐香’和‘华优’猕猴桃氯吡脲处理的最佳质量浓度。

Effects of forchlorfenuron concentration on physical and chemical properties of kiwifruits

Abstract:
【Objective】This study explored the effects of forchlorfenuron concentration on physical and chemical properties of kiwifruits to decide the optimal concentration for different kiwifruit varieties.【Method】Three varieties of kiwifruits,i.e.,‘Hayward’,‘Xuxiang’ and ‘Huayou’,were used to investigate the effects of forchlorfenuron at concentrations of 0 (contrasted),2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0,and 12.5 mg/L on the vertical and transverse diameters of kiwifruits during ripening,and mass of single fruit,fruit shape index,soluble solids content and firmness of matured fruits.【Result】The growth rates of vertical and transverse diameters were fast at early growth stage,and slow at the late growth stage.The maximum average vertical diameters were found at the forchlorfenuron concentration of 7.5 mg/L for all varieties.The maximums of the transverse diameters were found at the concentrations of 5.0,7.5,and 12.5 mg/L for ‘Hayward’,‘Xuxiang’ and ‘Huayou’ kiwifruits,respectively.When the concentration was 5.0 mg/L,‘Huayou’ and ‘Xuxiang’ had the highest fruit shape index,while other five concentrations decreased fruit shape index of ‘Hayward’.Forchlorfenuron treatments also improved single kiwifruit mass and soluble solids content, but decreased firmness.The kiwifruits treated with 7.5 mg/L forchlorfenuron solution provided kiwifruits the largest mass and soluble solids content and the smallest firmness.【Conclusion】Based on the overall consideration of fruit size,mass,shape index,soluble solids content and firmness,10.0 mg/L was the best forchlorfenuron concentration for ‘Hayward’,and 5.0 mg/L was the best for ‘Xuxiang’ and ‘Huayou’.
