| 【目的】研究卷丹鳞茎提取物的多酚物质组成及其抗氧化活性，为卷丹的进一步开发提供理论参考。【方法】以野生卷丹鳞茎为材料，用Folin-Ciocalteau法测定卷丹鳞茎多酚提取物的总酚含量，用HPLC法测定多酚组分，并测定了卷丹鳞茎提取物对ABTS、DPPH和羟自由基的清除能力。【结果】卷丹鳞茎提取物总酚含量为48.78 mg/g；HPLC共鉴定出10种酚类成分，其中表儿茶素、芦丁和二氢槲皮素为主要成分，其含量分别为4.58,3.10和 1.45 mg/g；多酚提取物对ABTS·、DPPH·和OH·3种自由基均表现出较强的清除能力，且清除作用与多酚质量浓度呈显著性正相关，R2分别为0.964，0.992和0.838。【结论】卷丹鳞茎提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力，可作为一种天然的植物抗氧化剂来源。 |

| Phenolic composition and antioxidant activity of polyphenols from bulbs of Lilium lancifolium Thunb |

| 【Objective】Phenolic compounds extracted from bulbs of Lilium lancifolium Thunb were investigated and their antioxidant activity was evaluated to provide basis for further development and application.【Method】ABTS radical-scavenging,DPPH radical-scavenging and hydroxyl radical scavenging assay were carried out to evaluate the antioxidant activities,total phenolic content was measured using the Folin-Ciocalteau method and phenolic composition was identified by HPLC.【Result】The total phenolic content from Lilium lancifolium bulbs was 48.78 mg/g.A total of ten phenolic compounds were identified and quantified,in which (-) epicatechin,rutin and dihydroquercetin were the major compounds with contents of 4.58,3.10,and 1.45 mg/g,respectively.The bulb extracts exhibited strong radical scavenging capacities to ABTS·,DPPH·,and OH· radical,and the activities positively correlated with mass concentration of phenolic compounds with R2 value of 0.964,0.992 and 0.838,respectively.【Conclusion】 The bulb extracts of Lilium lancifolium Thunb had significant antioxidant capacity and could be a potential nature source of antioxidants. |
