合欢皂苷颗粒剂对高原鼠兔的抗生育作用

摘要:
【目的】研究合欢皂苷颗粒剂对高原鼠兔的抗生育作用,确定最佳用量,为高原鼠兔种群数量的控制提供参考。【方法】用主药量为135,270和540 mg/kg的合欢皂苷水溶液灌胃小鼠,进行抗小鼠生育力试验,确定效果后换算为高原鼠兔的相应剂量,制备成合欢皂苷质量分数分别为0.3%,0.6%和1.2%的颗粒剂,并进行摄食系数研究,筛选出抗生育效果与适口性均良好的剂量,研究该颗粒剂对高原鼠兔怀孕率及生殖器官临床剖检和病理学的影响。【结果】主药含量为540 mg/kg的合欢皂苷抗小鼠生育效果良好,对雄性小鼠的抗生育率可达63%,对雌性小鼠的抗生育率可达70%。通过换算,合欢皂苷质量分数为1.2%的颗粒剂对高原鼠兔的抗生育率达70%,摄食系数可达1.67。经剖检,可见雄性高原鼠兔输精管充血,睾丸肿大;雌性高原鼠兔出现子宫充血、胎儿吸收等现象。【结论】合欢皂苷对雌、雄高原鼠兔均具有良好的抗生育作用,其作用靶点主要为生殖器官。

Anti-fertility effect of Albizia saponin granules on Ochotona curzoniae

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the anti-fertility effect of Albizia saponin on Ochotona curzoniae and determined the optimal dose to improve the control of O.curzoniae.【Method】Saponin solution from Albizia was fed to mice with the doses of 135,270 and 540 mg/kg to test the anti-fertility effects on mice.The optimal dose was determined and conversed to corresponding dose for O.curzoniae.Granules with mass fractions of 0.3%,0.6% and 1.2% were prepared and feeding coefficient study was conducted to select the optimal dosage with both good anti-fertility effect and palatability.Then the anti-fertility effect on pregnant rate and pathology of O.curzoniae was investigated.【Result】Saponin from Albizia at the dose of 540 mg/kg had well anti-fertility effect with the anti-fertility rates of 63% and 70% to male and female mice,respectively.The conversed anti-fertility rate against O.curzoniae was 70% with the feeding coefficient of 1.67.After necropsy,vas deferens congestion and testis swelling and congestion were observed in males while uterus congestion and absorption embryo were observed in females.【Conclusion】Saponin from Albizia had strong anti-fertility effect on O.curzoniae,and the main targets were reproductive organs.
