【目的】对葡萄叶片性状进行数量化研究,以克服文字描述的主观性弊端,为葡萄种质资源分类和育种研究提供参考依据。【方法】以31个葡萄种或品种(系)为材料,首先将叶片各形态指标数量化,然后根据叶片数量化公式,将葡萄叶片形态转化为8个变量并编译成0~9的代码,最后将数据输入计算机,用SPSS 17.0软件进行聚类分析。【结果】获得了葡萄叶片性状数量化的方法,得出了31个葡萄种或品种(系)叶片性状的数量化表达式,分析了此方法在葡萄种质资源和育种研究中应用的可行性。聚类分析结果显示,31个葡萄种或品种(系)大致可以分为3大类,与其遗传背景高度吻合。【结论】葡萄叶片性状数量化表达方法对葡萄育种和种质资源研究有借鉴作用。 |

【Objective】Quantification of grape leaf was studied to overcome the shortcomings of literal description and provide reference for studies of germplasm resources and breeding of grape.【Method】Using 31 varieties or species of grapes as materials,morphological indexes of grape leaves were quantified and leaves shapes were transformed into 8 variables and compiled to code from 0-9 according to quantification formula.Then,data of grape leaves were input to computer and the clustering analysis was conducted using SPSS 17.0.【Result】The quantification method of leaf correlative traits and leaf quantification expression of 31 grape species or varieties was obtained.Its applications in germplasm resources and breeding research were analyzed.Cluster analysis showed that 31 grape species or varieties could be divided into three groups,which was consistent with their genetic background.【Conclusion】The method obtained in this study could improve research on germplasm resources and breeding of grape. |
