不同剂量60Co-γ辐照对朱砂叶螨的杀灭效果

摘要:
【目的】研究不同剂量60Co-γ辐照对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval))的杀灭效果,确定有效控制朱砂叶螨的60Co-γ辐照剂量。【方法】分别用不同剂量60Co-γ辐照处理朱砂叶螨卵(产后48 h,处理剂量0,100,150,200,250 Gy)、幼螨(0,100,200,300,400 Gy)、前若螨(0,100,200,300,400 Gy)和成螨(0,100,200,300,400,600,800 Gy)后,将其置于(28±1) ℃、相对温度60%~80%、光照16 h/黑暗8 h光周期下培养,每隔1 d在20~80倍解剖镜下观察并记录朱砂叶螨生长发育、产卵、卵孵化及螨死亡的情况。【结果】朱砂叶螨 48 h卵经250 Gy 60Co-γ辐照处理后均不能正常孵化,故250 Gy的60Co-γ对朱砂叶螨的卵具有明显致死效果;朱砂叶螨幼螨经300 Gy剂量60Co-γ处理后,发育成螨所产卵均不能正常孵化,表明300 Gy及以上剂量处理朱砂叶螨幼螨可致其发育的成螨不育;400 Gy的60Co-γ可致朱砂叶螨前若螨发育的成螨不育;朱砂叶螨成螨经400,600和800 Gy处理之后,分别在第19、17和15天达到100%死亡率,成螨在≥400 Gy的辐照剂量下产卵量极显著减少,且所产卵均不能孵化。【结论】400 Gy 60Co-γ辐照处理能使各虫态朱砂叶螨致死或不育,可作为朱砂叶螨的有效检疫剂量。

Abstract:
【Objective】The experiment focused on the elimination of carmine spider mite (Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval)) by 60Co-γ irradiation to determine the effective irradiation dose for control of carmine spider mite.【Method】The eggs (48 h after delivery) of carmine spider mite were irradiated at doses of 0,100,150,200,and 250 Gy,the larvae and protonymphs of carmine spider mite were selected and irradiated at doses of 0,100,200,300,and 400 Gy,and adults were irradiated at doses of 0,100,200,300,400,600,and 800 Gy.After irradiation treatment,the mites were placed into the incubators at (28±1) ℃,60%-80% relative humidity, and 16∶8 (L∶D) light circulation.The growth and development,eggs laid,hatching rate and mortality were observed under a 20-80 times stereo microscope every other day.【Result】 After being irradiated at the dose of 250 Gy,the 48 h old eggs of carmine spider mite could not hatch,indicating that 60Co-γ gamma at the dose of 250 Gy had lethal effect on the eggs.Gamma irradiation at the dose of 300 Gy made the larvae sterile and the dose of the 400 Gy was sterile to the protonymphs of carmine spider mite.The eggs treated with doses of 400,600,and 800 Gy could not hatch.The results indicated that the dose of 400 Gy made carmine spider mite at different stages lethal or sterile.【Conclusion】60Co-γ ray at the dose of 400 Gy could be a generic quarantine treatment against potential infestation of carmine spider mites.
