清肺止咳颗粒主要药效学和急性毒性研究

摘要:
【目的】研究清肺止咳颗粒的止咳、解热、抗炎以及急性毒性作用。【方法】用浓氨水诱导制作小鼠咳嗽模型,观察清肺止咳颗粒对模型小鼠的镇咳作用;采用蛋白胨制作家兔发热模型,观察清肺止咳颗粒对发热家兔的解热作用;采用二甲苯致炎法制作小鼠耳廓炎症模型,观察清肺止咳颗粒的抗炎作用;测定清肺止咳颗粒小鼠灌服给药的急性毒性。【结果】清肺止咳颗粒可明显延长浓氨水引起小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,并可减少小鼠2 min内咳嗽的次数;清肺止咳颗粒可显著抑制蛋白胨引起的家兔体温升高,并对由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用;急性毒性试验中未观察到明显的毒性反应,小鼠最大耐受量为320 g/kg。【结论】清肺止咳颗粒具有显著的清热止咳作用,且毒性较小。

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper studied the antitussive,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory effects and acute toxicity of Qinfeizhike Granule.【Method】Ammonia liquor induced cough experiment for mice was carried out to observe the antitussive effect of Qingfeizhike Granule.The antipyretic effect was evaluated in rabbits fever model induced by peptone.The anti-inflammatory effect was observed with the mouse auris-swell model induced by xylene.Acute toxicity of Qingfeizhike Granule was evaluated in mice at last.【Result】Qingfeizhike Granule significantly prolonged the latent period and decreased the 2 minutes cough times induced by ammonia liquor.Qingfeizhike Granule also significantly inhibited peptone induced fever in rabbits,and reduced the degree of xylene-induced ear swelling in mice.No obvious toxic reaction was observed and the maximum tolerant dose was 320 g/kg for mice in acute toxicity experiment.【Conclusion】Qingfeizhike Granule had significant antitussive,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects with low toxicity.
