基于遗传算法的城市库群联合供水调度研究

摘要:
【目的】确定西安市黑河供水系统的水库库群最佳联合引水组合,制定不同代表年的库群联合供水调度方案,为发挥西安市黑河供水系统的最大效益提供参考。【方法】从黑河供水系统实际出发,以6种库群引水能力组合方案为基础,建立库群联合供水调度模型,运用遗传算法进行求解,寻求最佳联合引水组合。通过分析不同代表年的需水要求,制定库群联合供水调度方案。【结果】利用所建立的库群联合供水调度模型进行可供水量计算,结果表明,西安市黑河供水系统的多年平均年可供水量最优为72 727.06万m3,城市供水保证率最优达98.18%,即黑河供水系统具有较大的供水潜力。并据此确定的最佳联合引水组合为:石头河水库、金盆水库、西骆峪水库、田峪水库、高冠峪水库、梨园坪水库、太平峪水库、石砭峪水库和甘河水库的引水能力分别为6,12,3,5,4,4,4,4和5 m3/s。无突发事件条件下,平水年、一般枯水年和特别枯水年西安市黑河供水系统的年可供水量分别为46 794.70,46 365.69和35 502.25万m3,突发事件情况下分别为54 413.45,53 984.44和47 887.59万m3。【结论】所制定的调度方案可以充分挖掘黑河供水系统的库群供水能力,提高水资源利用效率,最大程度地保障西安市未来的城市供水安全。

Genetic algorithm based joint water supply operation of municipal multi-reservoirs

Abstract:
【Objective】The best joint water supply combination of multi-reservoirs of Heihe River water supply system in Xi’an was determined and the joint water supply operation schemes of multi-reservoirs for different years were formulated,to provide reference for the realization of maximum benefit of Heihe River water supply system.【Method】Starting from the reality of Heihe River water supply system,the joint water supply operation model of multi-reservoirs was established based on 6 combination schemes of multi-reservoirs diversion ability.Genetic algorithm was used to obtain the best joint combination.By analyzing the water requirements for different years,the joint water supply operation schemes of multi-reservoirs were formulated.【Result】The joint water supply operation model of multi-reservoirs was successfully established to calculate the annual water supplying quantity.The optimal annual water supplying quantity of Heihe River water supply system in Xi’an was 727 270.6 thousand m3,with the optimal municipal water supply guarantee rate of 98.18%,indicating that Heihe River water supply system had a large water supply potential.The best joint combination required that the water supply abilities of Shitouhe,Jinpen,Xiluoyu,Tianyu,Gaoguanyu,Liyuanping,Taipingyu,Shibianyu and Ganhe reservoirs were 6,12,3,5,4,4,4,4,and 5 m3/s,respectively.Without considering emergent situation,the annual water supplying quantities of Heihe River water supply system in Xi’an for normal year,general dry year and extraordinary dry year were 467 947.0,463 656.9 and 355 022.5 thousand m3,respectively.Considering emergenct situation,the values were 544 134.5,539 844.4 and 478 875.9 thousand m3,respectively.【Conclusion】The formulated operation scheme could fully exploit the water supply capacity of multi-reservoirs of Heihe River water supply system,improve water use efficiency,and enhance the future water supply security in Xi’an.
