不同锌源及锌水平对水貂血清生化指标和脏器中微量元素含量的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同锌源及锌水平对水貂血清生化指标和脏器中微量元素含量的影响,确定适宜添加的锌源及添加水平。【方法】选用70只体质量相近的育成期金州黑公貂,随机分为7组,每组10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂添加20,30和40 mg/kg七水硫酸锌(ZnSO4·7H2O)或蛋氨酸锌(Zn-Met)的日粮,试验期120 d,试验结束时在各组选取体质量相近的健康水貂4只,禁食24 h,屠宰取样进行血清生化指标(碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD))和组织(心脏、肝脏)中微量元素(Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn)含量的测定。【结果】与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同锌源及锌水平时,水貂血清中ALP、LDH、CuZn-SOD活性均显著提高;在同一锌水平下,Zn-Met组的ALP、LDH、CuZn-SOD活性均显著高于ZnSO4·7H2O组。与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同水平锌源均能明显提高心脏和肝脏中的微量元素含量;Zn Met组心脏、肝脏中微量元素的含量均高于ZnSO4·7H2O组,当Zn-Met添加量为20 mg/kg时,血清中酶活性及不同脏器中微量元素含量均较高。【结论】水貂日粮中适宜添加的锌源是蛋氨酸锌(Zn-Met),适宜添加水平为20 mg/kg。

Abstract:
【Objective】Effects of different zinc sources and levels on serum biochemical indexes and trace elements contents in organs of mink were studied to determine the appropriate zinc sources and adding levels.【Method】Seventy healthy growing minks with similar body weights were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 animals in each group.Minks in control group were fed with basal diet while minks in other groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 20,30,and 40 mg/kg ZnSO4·7H2O and 20,30,and 40 mg/kg Zn-Met,respectively.The trial lasted for 120 days.At the end of the trial,4 healthy minks with similar weights were selected from each group for 24 hours fasting before being slaughtered.Samples were collected for the determination of biochemical indexes in serum (ALP,LDH,and CuZn-SOD) and contents of trace elements (Zn,Fe,Cu,and Mn) in different tissues (heart and liver).【Result】Activities of serum enzymes ALP,LDH,and CuZn-SOD in minks in treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the control.At same zinc adding levels,activities of serum enzymes in minks fed with diet supplemented with Zn-Met were higher than those of fed with diet supplemented with ZnSO4·7H2O.Contents of trace elements in heart and liver of minks were also significant increased by adding zinc in diet compared to the control.Contents of trace elements in Zn-Met groups were significantly higher than those in ZnSO4·7H2O groups.The suitable adding level of Zn-Met was 20 mg/kg.【Conclusion】The suitable zinc source for mink diet was Zn-Met with the adding level of 20 mg/kg.
