葡萄夏季修剪枝条栽培杏鲍菇的配方优化

摘要:
【目的】研究葡萄夏季修剪枝条栽培杏鲍菇的最佳配方。【方法】采用比率混料设计和三元二次正交旋转组合设计方法,研究了麸皮、玉米粉、豆粕对葡萄夏季修剪枝条栽培杏鲍菇产量的影响,并通过建立数学模型对各因素进行了定量分析。【结果】麸皮、玉米粉、豆粕均能明显增加杏鲍菇的产量,3个因素对杏鲍菇产量的影响程度依次为豆粕>玉米粉>麸皮。玉米粉与豆粕的交互作用对杏鲍菇产量有显著影响,麸皮与玉米粉、豆粕的交互作用对杏鲍菇产量影响不显著。最终确定的葡萄修剪枝条栽培杏鲍菇的最佳配方为:麸皮154.1 g/kg,玉米粉51.9 g/kg,豆粕51.9 g/kg,葡萄夏季修剪枝条木屑742.1 g/kg,采用该配方栽培杏鲍菇产量可达226.9 g/袋,生物学转化率可达76.1%。【结论】用葡萄夏季修剪枝条作为主要培养料栽培杏鲍菇是可行的,且最优配方下杏鲍菇产量较高。

Formulation optimization of Pleurotus eryngii cultivated with vine summer pruning stalks

Abstract:
【Objective】This study aimed to optimize the cultivation formula of Pleurotus eryngii cultivated with vine summer pruning stalks.【Method】Experiments were performed using mixing ratio design and ternary quadric orthogonal rotation combinatory design to test the influence of wheat bran,corn meal,and soybean meal on the yield of P.eryngii cultivated with sawdust of vine summer pruning stalks.Mathematical model was established to quantitatively analyze the impact of various factors on yield of P.eryngii.【Result】Wheat bran,corn meal,and soybean meal could increase the yield of P.eryngii with the influence of soybean meal>corn meal>wheat bran.The interaction of corn meal and soybean meal significantly affected the yield of P.eryngii while the interaction of wheat bran with corn meal and soybean meal had little impact on the yield of P.eryngii.The best compost formula of P.eryngii cultivated with vine summer pruning stalks was determined:wheat bran 154.1 g/kg,corn meal 51.9 g/kg,soybean meal 51.9 g/kg,and sawdust of vine summer pruning stalks 742.1 g/kg.The obtained yield of P.eryngii cultivated with the best formula was 226.9 g/bag with a biological conversion rate of 76.1%.【Conclusion】It is feasible to use vine summer pruning stalks as the main material to cultivate P.eryngii.
