生物适应性和表型可塑性理论研究进展

摘要:
对适应性和表型可塑性概念进行分析,认为适应性概念与表型可塑性概念既统一,但又存在差异;进一步探讨适应性的4个重要的理论问题指出:适应性和可塑性能力应包含胁迫生境和非胁迫生境两层含义;表型可塑性的收益成本分析是理解适应性和表型可塑性能力的基础;分析适应性和表型可塑性与生物个体适合度的关系时,应注意反应范式指标的选取;表型最优化分析方法应当是适应性模拟的一个发展方向。

Study on acclimation and phenotypic plasticity issues

Abstract:
Recently,climate change and biological acclimation to it have become one of the most popular research focuses.This article clarifies the concepts of acclimation and phenotypic plasticity,and then summarizes the related theoretical questions.It is concluded that the concepts of acclimation and phenotypic plasticity should be generalized,and attention should be paid to the differences in them.At last,four theoretical issues relating to acclimation were further discussed:1) capability of acclimation and phenotypic plasticity should be discussed separately in stressful or non-stressful environments;2) cost-benefit analysis is key to understand capability of acclimation and plasticity;3) the response model indicators are important to justify whether acclimation is adaptive;and 4) phenotypic optimization is a developmental direction for modeling of acclimation in the future.
