【目的】筛选具有较高杀蚜活性的植物精油种类,为开发新型植物源杀蚜剂提供依据。【方法】以甘蓝蚜、菊小长管蚜、麦二叉蚜、烟蚜和苹果黄蚜为试虫,采用浸虫浸叶法,对54种供试植物精油的室内杀蚜活性进行测定。【结果】在供试质量浓度下,玫瑰醇、柠檬草油、川芎油、香叶醇和丁蕾油对供试的5种蚜虫具有较好的毒杀活性,校正死亡率均在60%以上;以285.7 mg/L的质量浓度进行复筛,结果表明,玫瑰醇、柠檬草油和川芎油对除烟蚜外的其他4种蚜虫均具有较好的毒杀作用,校正死亡率均在75%以上。【结论】玫瑰醇、柠檬草油、川芎油对甘蓝蚜、菊小长管蚜、麦二叉蚜和苹果黄蚜均表现出较强的毒杀作用,有进一步研究的价值。 |

Evaluation of aphidicidal activities of plant essential oils |

Abstract: |
【Objective】The objective of this study was to screen the essential oils with good bioactivity for developing novel botanical aphicides.【Method】The aphidicidal activities of 54 plant essential oils were assayed against 5 aphids,including Brevicoryne brassica,Macrosiphoniella sanborni,Schizaphis graminam Rondani,Myzus persicae Sulzer and Aphis citricola van der Goot,using the dipping method.【Result】Rhodinol,Lemongrass oil,Chuanxiong oil,Geraniol and Clove bud oil showed strong aphidicidal activities against the tested 5 aphids,with a corrected mortality of more than 60%.Further bioassay with concentration of 285.7 mg/L showed that the Rhodinol,Lemongrass oil and Chuanxiong oil had high toxicity against the tested aphids except M.persicae,with a correct mortality of above 75%.【Conclusion】Rhodinol,Lemongrass oil and Chuanxiong oil exhibited high toxicity against B.brassicae,M.sanborni,S.graminam,and A.citricola. |
