锦屏一级水电站左岸坝肩边坡在硐室灌浆荷载作用下的稳定性研究

摘要:
【目的】研究灌浆荷载对锦屏一级水电站左岸坝肩边坡稳定性的影响,并确定最终的硐室灌浆方案。【方法】推导了裂隙灌浆时浆液扩散的数学模型,得出不同水灰比及不同初始灌浆压力下,灌浆压力随浆液扩散半径变化的分布曲线;针对灌浆孔垂直或平行于煌斑岩脉2种最不利灌浆工况,采用二次积分的方法,计算多孔灌浆时叠加的灌浆压力值;选取左岸坝肩典型剖面,针对边坡内部硐室分布情况及实际灌浆制定的洞周灌浆次序,将多个灌浆孔同时灌浆时的浆液压力作为荷载,分析洞周及洞底多个灌浆孔同时灌浆对边坡稳定性的影响。【结果】随着水灰比的降低,浆液扩散半径逐渐减小;随着初始灌浆压力的增大,浆液扩散半径增加。灌浆孔垂直于岩脉时的多孔灌浆压力小于灌浆孔平行于岩脉时的灌浆压力值。在对煌斑岩脉有影响的区域,洞周灌浆时,▽1 885.0 m高程固结灌浆平洞的灌浆孔数不超过2个,▽1 785.0 m高程煌斑岩脉(X)混凝土置换平洞的灌浆孔数不超过12个;洞底灌浆时,▽1 885.0 m高程固结灌浆平洞的灌浆孔数不超过2个,▽1 785.0 m高程X混凝土置换平洞不受灌浆孔数限制。【结论】硐室多孔同时灌浆对边坡稳定性有较大影响,应对灌浆孔数进行控制。

Stability analysis of abutment slope at left riverbank of Jinping Ⅰ Hydropower Station subjecting to tunnel grouting loads
Abstract:
【Objective】Impact of grouting loads on the slope stability was investigated and the final grouting scheme was determined.【Method】First,the equation describing the non-linear distribution of grouting pressure was established,and the relevant parameters were determined based on the field grouting tests.Then the distribution curve of grouting pressure as the change of diffusion radius with different water-cement ratios and different initial grouting pressures was obtained.For two worst grouting conditions (grouting holes were either vertical or parallel to lamprophyric vein),the pressure superposition value for porous grouting was obtained using quadratic integral method.The effects of simultaneous grunting with multiply holes on slope stability were analyzed by selecting typical sections at left abutment slope and taking porous grouting pressure into the numerical analysis model.【Result】The grouting diffusion range decreased as the decrease of water-cement ratio decreases while the grouting diffusion range increased as the increase of initial grouting pressure.The grouting pressure when grout hole was vertical to veins is less than that when parallel to the veins.The number of grouting holes along the axial direction at elevations of 1 885.0 m and 1 785.0 m should be no more than 2 and 12,respectively and that at the bottom of tunnel at 1 885.0 m elevation should be no more than 2,1 785.0 m elevation grouting hole bottom of tunnel without being limited by the grouting number.【Conclusion】Tunnel grouting had great influences on the stability of slope,thus,grouting number should be controlled.
