考虑泥皮作用的深厚覆盖层坝基防渗墙应力变形特性分析

摘要:
【目的】分析深厚覆盖层坝基防渗墙墙体与覆盖层土体之间、墙段与墙段之间存在的泥皮对防渗墙应力和变形特性的影响。【方法】以新疆叶尔羌河下坂地水利枢纽工程大坝为例,通过试验确定了夹有泥皮情况下覆盖层土体与防渗墙之间接触面的参数,在对防渗墙进行分段并考虑泥皮作用的条件下,对施工期、蓄水期以及渗透压力作用下墙体的应力和变形情况进行分析,并与不考虑泥皮时的计算结果进行了对比。【结果】当接触面的摩擦系数为0.2~0.4时,在不同接触面参数条件下,在施工期,防渗墙的最大水平位移相对于不考虑泥皮时增大了0.002 m,最大竖向位移增大了0.066~0.075 m,最大拉应力降低了0.62 MPa,最大压应力降低了4.64~5.31 MPa;在蓄水期,防渗墙的最大水平位移相对于不考虑泥皮时增大了0.069~0.071 m,最大竖向位移增大了0.009~0.027 m,最大拉应力降低了0.39~0.50 MPa,最大压应力降低了4.47~4.84 MPa。【结论】泥皮对防渗墙各墙段间的相对错动能发挥一定的缓冲作用,有利于改善墙体的受力状态,对防渗墙应力和变形特性的影响非常明显。

Effects of filter cake on stress and deformation characteristics of diaphragm wall in deep overburdened layer

Abstract:
【Objective】Filter cake is created by slurry between the sand of and the wall,and between the wall segments of diaphragm wall in deep overburdened layer.The influences of filter cake on stress and deformation characteristics of diaphragm wall were studied.【Method】Take the dam of Xiabandi hydraulic project of Yeerqiang River in Xinjiang for an example, the mechanic parameters of the interface between overburdened layer and concrete were tested. The stress and strain states of the diaphragm wall were analyzed during the construction period and sluice period of earth-rock fill dam with and without the consideration of filter cake.The mechanic parameters of the interface between overburdened layer and concrete were tested.The stress and strain states of the diaphragm wall were analyzed during the construction period and sluice period of earth-rock fill dam with and without the consideration of filter cake.【Result】The friction coefficients determined were from 0.2 to 0.4.Compared to without consideration of filter cake in construction period,the maximum horizontal displacement was 0.002 m larger,the vertical displacements increased by 0.066 m to 0.075 m,the maximum tensile stress decreased by 0.62 MPa,and the maximum pressure stress decreased by 4.64 MPa to 5.31 MPa.In the sluice period,the maximum horizontal displacement increased by 0.069 m to 0.071 m,the vertical displacements increased by 0.009m to 0.027 m,the maximum tensile stress decreased by 0.39 MPa to 0.50 MPa,and the maximum pressure stress decreased by 4.47 MPa to 4.84 MPa.【Conclusion】The stress state of diaphragm wall could be improved by filter cake and the relative motion between the wall segments could be buffered.
