林窗大小对小叶栲和栲树种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究林窗大小对小叶栲和栲树种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。【方法】在重庆丰都县世坪林场小叶栲和栲树群落内收集饱满成熟种子,并于2011-12在马尾松大林窗(>100 m2)、中林窗(>50~≤100 m2)、小林窗(>25~≤50 m2)中心和林冠下开展小叶栲和栲树种子埋藏试验,统计并比较各处理种子萌发率、出苗率及存活幼苗的高度。【结果】小叶栲和栲树种子萌发率和出苗率均表现为大林窗优于中林窗、小林窗和林冠下,小叶栲和栲树在大林窗的种子萌发率分别为中林窗、小林窗和林冠下种子萌发率的1.7,1.9,2.5倍和1.6,1.3,1.3倍;2种种子在大林窗时的出苗率较中林窗、小林窗和林冠下分别增加75.6%,84.6%,94.6%和53.1%,63.3%,18.5%。小叶栲和栲树生长初期各处理的苗高均无显著差异。【结论】从种子萌发率、幼苗存活率和苗高来看,大林窗(>100 m2)是小叶栲和栲树进驻针叶林、构建异龄复层混交林初期的适宜面积,且以栲树表现更为明显。

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of gap size on seed germination and seedling growth of Castanopsis carlesii and Castanopsis fargesii.【Method】The seeds of C.carlesii and C.fargesii were collected from evergreen broadleaved forest in Shiping forest farm in Chongqing province,and embedded in the forest with large(gap area>100 m2),medium(gap area >50-≤100 m2),and small(gap size >25-≤50 m2) gaps of Pinus massoniana to investigate and compare the seed germination,survival and growth of seedlings,respectively.【Result】The seed germination rates and seedling emergency rates of C.carlesii and C.fargesii in large gap were higher than those in medium,small gaps and CK.The seed germination rates of C.fargesii and C.fargesii in large gap were 1.7,1.9,2.5 and 1.6,1.3,1.3 times of the medium,small gaps and CK respectively.Compared with the medium,small gaps and CK,the seedling emergency rates of C.carlesii and C.fargesii in large gap size were improved by 75.6%,84.6%,94.6% and 53.1%,63.3%,18.5% respectively.The early sampling heights of C.carlesii and C.fargesii had no significant differences among all treatments.【Conclusion】Based on observed changes in seed germination,survival and growth of seedlings,it concluded that canopy gaps larger than 100 m2 provided the best habitat for regeneration of C.carlesii and C.fargesii.
